How to change the time (clock) in my 2001 BMW 325ci?

December 20th, 2010 · No Comments

I have tried to follow other instructions previously provided, but the only thing that pressing/turning the stick next to the odometer does is change the temperatur from Celsius to Farenheit. How can I change the clock?

Ans: If you changed the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit then you were looking at the temperature not the time. You have to have the time showing on the display under the speedometer/tach and then change it with the right knob. Twist it to change it. To display the time, press the button on the end of the turn signal stalk until you see the time. You also pressed the button instead of twisting it if you changed the temperature units. Pressing the button while the time is showing will change it from 12 to 24 hour display. If you have the manual, all this and more is in there. If you don’t have one, you can view and or download it off of BMW’s website.
