1995 Cadillac Seville Radiator is leaking, how much would it cost to fix?

December 31st, 2010 · No Comments

On a 1995 Cadillac Seville, and until I get it fixed what should i do?
- New radiators are too cheap to bother fixing old ones. It will be about $200 to replace it. One that old will be in pretty bad shape and would start leaking again or give out all together pretty soon if you just repaired the leak. The leak could get a lot worse real fast, so it’s not a good idea to drive with it like that.

- Depends on how badly it’s damaged. They may be able to patch it which is pretty cheap. You can buy patch products in automotive stores for radiators if it is a small crack or such, but it may well get worse.
- The very best thing to do is not drive it until it is repaired. I couldn’t give you a price, but it’s not too expensive. It’s not worth ruining the engine for a few days of inconvenience.
