We found the radiator in ebay for $87.99 (which includes shipping), but we’re curious about the labor.
- Most places charge about 3/4 the price of the part for the labor. However, the ebay price is misleading since things there are cheaper than most service stations. My dad replaces them for about $130 for the labor. He owns a small shop in Alabama, so a larger shop that turns out more jobs may be able to do your job a bit cheaper, but I’d say you wont be able to find labor for that job for less than $110.
- Depends if you go to the ripoff dealer or not . Art the dealer . the labor cost is $ 95 an hour . If you go to a good mechanic in your city , NOT the dealer , it will probably only cost you $50 an hour , or even less.
- Appx. 1.2 hours to install. Actually, this is a very easy swap and can be done with simple hand tools.
- Radiators are pretty easy to switch out but about….rate per times 2 hours.
