2003-2006 Hummer H2 6.0L V8 Part #3060 Installation Instructions

1. Start by unplugging the MAF sensor by using a screw driver to remove the clip as shown.
2. Push fitting in and pull up to remove the wire harness from the MAF sensor.
3. Remove the bolts that hold the stock air box in place as shown and set aside for reuse with the MAC system.
4. Unbolt the engine cover by using a 10mm socket as shown and set the hardware aside for reuse.
5. Remove the cover to gain access to the hose clamp at the throttle body as shown.
6. Loosen the hose clamp on the stock air tube that attaches at the throttle body as shown.

1998-2002 Honda Accord 4 Cyl. Cold Air System Installation Instructions

Read and understand these instructions BEFORE attempting to install this product.
1. Make sure vehicle is parked on a level surface.
2. Set parking brake.
3. Disconnect negative battery terminal.
4. If engine has run within the past two hours let it cool down.
5. The following items will be removed from the vehicle.
(a) The OE inlet tube
(b) The air filter case
(c) Intake air noise resonators (Fig A)

2007-2008 Chevrolet & GMC Truck with a 5.3L, 6.0L & 6.2L V8 Mac Performance Instructions

1. Start by disconnecting the wire harness from the MAF sensor as shown.
2. Remove the cover from the intake manifold by lifting it up and then pulling it out as shown.
3. Unplug the vent air tube from the stock air silencer as shown.
4. Remove the clip holding the radiator hose to the stock air tube as shown.
5. Loosen the hose clamp on the stock air tube at the MAF meter and the throttle body and remove the stock air tube as shown.
6. Remove the cover of the stock air box as shown and set aside.

GMC Sierra/Chevrolet Silverado 6.6L Diesel LB7 True Flow System Installation

Please read this instruction sheet BEFORE proceeding. Excess oil must be removed from filter before installation. Blot using paper towels on front and backside of filter until excess oil is removed.
1. Using a socket or an open-end wrench, disconnect the negative terminal connection on the vehicle battery.
2. Remove the black muffler box located on top of the throttle body that connects to the factory rubber / plastic flex hose. You will need a #30 Torx bit.

GMC Envoy 5.3L/Chevrolet Trailblazer True Flow Intake Installation Instructions

Excess oil must be removed from filter before installation. Blot using paper towels on front and backside of filter until excess oil is removed.
1. Using a socket or an open-end wrench, disconnect the negative terminal connection on the vehicle battery.
2. Remove the factory rubber / plastic flex hose that connects the throttle body to the air filter box. Using a socket or an open-end wrench, remove the small black tubular brace that runs across the corner of the factory air filter box and connects the fender to the radiator shroud.

1999-2007 Chevy/GMC 4.8/5.3/6.0L Mac Performance Installation Instructions

1. Start by loosening the hose clamp from the stock air tube to the throttle body as shown.
2. Remove the clip from the located on the coolant hose to the stock air tube as shown.
3. Loosen the hose clamp on the stock air tube that is attached to the stock air box as shown.
4. Remove the stock air tube as shown.
5. Remove the clip from the MAF sensor and unplug the sensor as shown.
6. Remove the stock air box by pulling it straight up as shown.
7. Once the stock air box is removed, remove the plate that held it in place and set aside hardware for reuse with the MAC system.

2005-2008 Ford Mustang 4.0L V6 Installation Instructions

1. Start by disconnecting the wire harness from the MAF sensor as shown.

2005-2008 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L V8 Installation Instructions

Start by disconnecting the wire harness from the MAF sensor as shown.
Next loosen the hose clamp on the stock air tube to the air box as shown.
Remove the stock air tube from the stock air box as shown.
Remove the bolt that holds the stock air box in place and set aside for reuse with the MAC system.
Remove the stock air box by pulling it straight up as shown.
Remove the two rubber grommets from the air box as shown and reinstall them into the stock location.

2004 Pontiac GTO Lingenfelter High Performance Air Intake System Installation Instructions

First remove the plastic radiator cover on the front of the engine compartment using a flathead screwdriver and a pry tool. Use a screwdriver to pry the center nail of the push fastener upward about half an inch. The pry tool will then be used to fully remove these four panel pins and free the plastic panel from the body.

Next remove the air temperature sensor from the stock air tube, being careful not to harm the sensor. Set the sensor aside at this time, it will be re-used later.

2005-2006 Pontiac GTO High Flow Air Intake Installation Instructions

Installation should take less than one hour with the proper tools. Before installation, set the parking brake and open the hood of the car. If car has been used recently, make sure engine has had time to cool before beginning to disassemble stock air intake. Please note that the hood was removed from the vehicle used for taking some of these pictures of the installation process. Some pictures show the hood supports disconnected from the hood. The hood does NOT need to be removed to install the LPE air intake and the hood support rods do NOT need to be removed either.
