Stator Kit for Triumph 3TA, 5TA, BSA A6 Instructions

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Remove the original stator & rotor.
Step 2 Fit the new rotor on to the crank shaft locating on to the key (not all models are supplied with a keyway machined into the rotor). Fit the retaining nut but don’t fully tighten if there is no keyway.
Step 3 Position the new stator over the rotor locating on the engine studs using the spacers provided and the original nuts, don’t fully tighten so that the stator can be adjusted if necessary.
Step 4 This will give a maximum total advance of about 350, this is only a guide. Engine tune will affect the actual timing for optimum performance.

1966-87 Chevrolet & GMC Header Code Number: 003 Installation Instructions

Fits all models with standard and automatic transmissions, power brakes, power steering, air conditioning and transmission safety locks.

1. Prepare the truck for installation.
a. Disconnect the negative cable on the battery.
b. Remove the spark plugs and spark plug shields.
c. Remove the smog manifolds if equipped with a smog air pump.
d. If the generator or alternator is mounted on the left side exhaust manifold, remove the cap screws and move the unit out of the way. It is not necessary to disconnect the wires. If the alternator is mounted to the front of the engine on the right side, it does not have to be removed.

Ford Small Block High Mount Assembly Instructions

Tensioner
1. Hold Tensioner Body in a vise to remove bolt & washer from tensioner pulley (note; bolt is a left-handed thread, turn clockwise to remove). Discard washer.
2. Place Tensioner Cover Plate (781-A) on Tensioner Body & replace pulley.
3. Mount Tensioner Nose Cover Retainer (780-A) on tensioner pulley & replace bolt.
4. Mount Tensioner Nose Cover (307) to Tensioner Nose Cover Retainer (780-A) using three 8-32 x 5/8” socket head cap screws.
5. Mount Tensioner to Tensioner Base (30019) using one 5/16-18 x 3” socket head cap screw.
6. Mount Tensioner Base (30019) to engine block thru water pump mounting holes using two 5/16-18 x 2 3/4” socket head cap screws & to engine block using one 3/8-16 x 3” socket head cap screw & one Spacer (TP3 1.775), placing Spacer (TP3 1.775) between Tensioner Base (30019) & engine block.

The GENCON II pro System Manual

The controller is made of three parts: GENCON PRO This is the main unit that performs all computations, measurements, paralleling and communication. Standard models nominal line to neutral Vac: 120, 127, 220, 240 and 277

IOB1 This is an auxiliary 16 input and 8 output relay board that is mounted on a DIN rail inside the control cubicle. It takes care of engine management (eg fuel-solenoid), handles external alarms (eg low oil pressure), etc. Standard models nominal battery Vdc: 12 and 24.

MicroCommander 314 Actuator Installation Instructions

The MicroCommander Control System provides single lever command of clutch and throttle from one to five remote stations. The control system operates from a 12 Volt DC negative ground power source and in a static condition draws only .4 amperes. The MicroCommander Control System will operate outboards, I/O’s and inboards, either gas or diesel powered.

FORD DIESEL ENGINE INJECTION TIMING KIT INSTRUCTIONS

Suitable for use on the following vehicles:
1.6 Diesel Engine - 4 Cylinder 1608cc OHC
1. Follow workshop manual instructions to remove the camshaft cover and the timing belt cover.
2. Turn the engine (in the normal direction of rotation) until the timing mark on the injection pump sprocket lines up with the cast lug on the timing cover.
