Installation Environment
1) The distance between the unit and outside wall or other goods should be kept over 200mm.The unit should be put in well-ventilated area and its temperature is within -10℃~+40 .℃
2) Check air supply pipeline of the unit and use air source with 3~10 bar to supply for the unit. When connecting the air source, please check if there is leakage in connector for air source and ensure that a certain distance between the air hose and heat source should be kept.
3) To ensure safety. Before connecting the air source, please confirm that the air pressure adjusting valve is closed. Never point the air outlet to personnel.

Automatic Transmission Fluid
November 5th, 2008 · No Comments
The next time you check the fluid level in an automatic, sniff the fluid on the end of the dip stick. If it smells like burned toast and/or has a discolored brown appearance, the fluid has cooked itself and is no longer capable of providing proper lubrication to the transmission. If you’re lucky, you may have caught the problem before serious damage has been done — but more often than not by the time the fried fluid is discovered, the transmission is also toast.

Inspect fluid level every 15,000 miles. Under severe operating conditions, change ATF and filter every 15,000 miles or 24 months.
CHECKING FLUID LEVEL
Transmission
Check fluid with vehicle on level surface and at normal operating temperature. With engine idling, shift each gear from “P” through “L” and back to “P”. Fluid level should be in HOT range marked on dipstick. DO NOT overfill.
NOTE: If vehicle has been operated in heavy traffic, pulling a trailer or at high speeds in hot weather, wait 30 minutes before checking fluid level.

The number one reason for transmission failure is fluid breakdown. Over time, the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) becomes contaminated and loses its viscosity and the ability to lubricate the moving parts within the transmission. Conventional service methods of dropping the pan and changing the filter result in only about 30-40% of the total ATF in the transmission being drained out. That leaves 60-70% of the old ATF to be mixed with the new ATF introduced during service.

Conventional service methods of dropping the pan and changing the filter result in only about 30-40% of the total ATF in the transmission being drained out.
