How to replace 2002 Nissan Frontier clutch?

December 23rd, 2010 · No Comments

I just bought a brand new clutch it comes with everything i need i just don’t know how to do it.
A: Replacing the clutch is a tedious job which requires dropping the engine while keeping the car stable, keeping track of the parts and many more… It is even more difficult with a larger vehicle. I would take it to a mechanic who has the proper tools and equipment for this. It is simple but consumes a lot of time, but at least since you bought the clutch, you will only be paying for the labor.

Chevrolet Prizm (Corolla) mysterious power locks?

I don’t remember locking the doors. With a little more investigation, it turns out that the door locks lock when the car is put into gear and unlock when put into park. Except, the doors do not have controls for the locks. Has anyone ever heard of this before? How easy would it be to complete the installation of the power locks (IE: Add control units on doors)

August 17th, 2010 · No Comments

Each factory headlight is bolted to the car by only (3) nuts. Once the (3) nuts are unscrewed the headlight will be able to be removed from where it is bolted. In order to completely remove the headlight from the car you will have to unplug the factory wiring harness from the back of the headlight. To accomplish this remove the 4 screws holding the black plastic surround while the headlight is up. Loosen the four bolts holding the headlight lid on the assembly. Once removed, you will be able to gain access to the headlight to unplug the socket and associated clips. Now you can remove the headlight from the car. Below I will walk you through this entire process.
