2003 Honda Element Engine Block Heater Installation Instructions

1. Allow the engine and all cooling system components to cool down.
2. Place a clean drain pan under the radiator drain plug, then remove the drain plug from the bottom of the radiator to drain the coolant. Remove the radiator cap to increase the flow.
NOTICE Radiator coolant will damage paint. Quickly rinse any spilled coolant from painted surfaces.
3. Open the hood and remove the radiator cover (five clips).
4. Remove the radiator mount bracket (two bolts).

Sun Machine 450 Serial C Pep Boys Unit Setup Installation Instructions

Steps 1 through 6 will require two or more people.
1. Cut and remove the straps. Carefully slide the unit carton off the shipping pallet. Remove the top of the shipping carton.
2. Remove the carton by sliding the carton over top of the unit.
3. Remove foam packing from around the sides of the unit.
4. Lean the Sun Machine 450 so that half of the foam base can be removed.
5. Lean the Sun Machine 450 so that other half of the foam base can be removed.

Honda FL350 Works Performance Product Mounting Instructions

These shocks are pressurized with nitrogen to 250 psi. Normally there is no reason to change the nitrogen pressure in the shocks. It is not intended as an air shock which can be made stiffer or softer with changes in pressure. The use of standard automotive-type air chucks and gauges will allow the oil in the non-reservoir shocks to escape. Attempts to recharge the shocks should only be performed by trained service persons with the necessary high-pressure nitrogen handling equipment.

2004­-2008 Honda CBR1000RR Galfer Brake lines Installation Instructions

Install Galfer Brake lines after HeliBars® are installed. Carefully follow their instructions.
A. Before the factory bars are removed:
1. Carefully loosen the clutch hydraulic line banjo bolt at the clutch master cylinder just enough to rotate the steel banjo fitting forward. (See photo A for positioning). Additional fine adjustments may be required after installation of HeliBars. This modification is necessary for the new bar location / hydraulic line clearance.

SuperSprings Model # SSA10 Installation Instructions

Front / Rear & Poly Spring Pads (PSP’s)
The SSA10 springs do NOT have a specific left or right side; however, they do have a specific front / rear side. Position the two-hole shackle to the front and the three-hole shackle to the rear. PLEASE NOTE: Two sets of PSP’s are included with these springs. The larger set is for Ford applications; the smaller set is for GMC and Dodge applications. Kodiak Kits Installation Instructions

Step Installation: Complete Part One, then find the section for specific instructions for your model vehicle.
Part One: Rear bracket attachment
Step 1) Attach the rear brackets to the step as shown in Figure 1, using a washer, E, and nut, I, on each stud. Tighten each nut.
Step 2) Place the cross member in position as shown in Figure 2, and secure using washers D and F, and one nut, H on each stud. Leave fasteners loose, as the bracket slots will be used to determine exact fit of rear upright bracket.

LPE C5 Supercharger Kit Hood Installation Warnings/Instructions

Before installing your supercharger hood, it is necessary to check the clearance of the supercharger itself and the aftermarket hood. You may have to perform some small modifications to the supercharger in order for the hood to fit correctly. All motors do not sit at the same height, depending on the motor mounts. Depending on which hood you have purchased, there can be small differences in the way that the hood will fit. On most hoods, there are two major areas that can be of risk to cracking or otherwise damaging the hood.

H2 Hummer Roof Rack Assembly/Mounting Instructions (6 Foot)

1) Before beginning assembly/installation, please check to make sure you have received all of the contents as listed above.
2) Lay the roof rack halves upside down on a level, non-marking/non-scratching surface and align. Join the two halves together using the provided 5/16” X 18 X 1_ ” stainless hex bolts and Nylock nuts (7 each). Tighten securely. Before installing the Nylock nuts, lubricate the bolt threads with grease or a similar anti-seize lubricant.
