Preparation:
a) Set/Lock rear parking brake, turn gas petcock to the Off position and stand bike upright so it is sitting on the rear grab bar. Ensure bike is stable to prevent falling over during installation.
Installation:
a) One Top Slotted Hole Mount:
Press Skid Plate against the bike to temporarily hold in place.
From the bottom side install (1) #4 Washer and (1) #3 Bolt.
From the top side install (1) #2 Hook
Loosely tighten to hold skid plate in position.

To install the retention system provided with your Catch-All’s, first snap the anchor screws into the bottom side of the mat. Snap an anchor screw into each factory installed retention ring. Place the Catch-Alls in your vehicle and position for best fit (see illustrations “A”, “B”, and “C”). Hold the Catch-All firmly in place against the floor and screw the anchor screw all the way into the floor carpet.

Check to make sure your truck does not already have some type of tail-gate assisting device installed. Some 2004 and newer trucks have factory installed torsion bars. If you have made aftermarket modifications to your truck, check to make sure they won’t interfere with installation.
STEP 1
Chevy, GMC, Dodge 1500 (year 1994-2001), Dodge 2500 (year 1994-2002) Trucks: Measure 2 3/4” above the top of the left tailgate pivot post, where the tailgate mounts (Figure 1). Ford, Dodge 1500 (year 2002-present), Dodge 2500 (year 2003-present), Nissan and Toyota Trucks: Measure 3 3/4” above the top of the left tailgate pivot post, where the tailgate mounts (Figure 1).

Procedure: Installation for the ATP direct replacement high flow/high density front mounted intercooler assembly on the 2007 and newer Volvo C30 / S40 T5 Model
Purpose of this upgrade: This ATP FMIC upgrade features a Garrett GT spec intercooler core that is much more thermally efficient in cooling the turbo charged air than the factory FMIC. The result is a drastic reduction in charge air temp which equates to a denser charge, more power, less engine knock, and increased engine reliability.

This air intake kit requires re-calibration of the factory engine management software. If you do not have a way to re-calibrate the engine control module (ECM), do not install this system until you are able to do so.
• Disconnect battery ground.
• Remove gray retaining clip on the bottom side of the MAF sensor, then disconnect MAF sensor connector.
• Disconnect breather tube from bellows.
