INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inspect liftgate. Report any questionable condition to the carrier that delivered the unit.
2. Place the truck on flat level ground and block the wheels to prevent possible truck movement during liftgate installation.
3. Remove the rear bumper and bumper brackets from the truck. Remove the tailgate, latches and pivots from the rear of the truck box.

Suzuki Grand Vitara Lightbar Roof Rack Mount Installation Guide

This mounting clamp will mount to your Grand Vitara’s roof rack using the supplied mounting hardware. The lightbars mounting foot will mount to the bracket. It is recommended that two people do the installation as you will need to adjust both sides of the brackets and feet once it is on the vehicle.

Chevrolet Tracker Suzuki Sidekick/Vitara Years 99-2004 Hardtop Installation Instruction

Refer to your Owner’s Manual for instructions on lowering and removing the canvas top. ALL hardware for your soft top should be removed. This includes the trim around the body. Some of the screws from the Canvas Top Hardware will be used in the Hardtop installation, so keep them available.

2005-2007 Chevrolet Corvette Lingenfelter High Flow Air Intake System Installation Instructions

The following steps need to be performed from underneath the vehicle:
• Remove the three 7 mm screws holding the front fascia inside the radiator opening.
• Next, remove the 7 mm screws on either side (one on each side). These are the screws holding the bottom of the bumper cover - see picture.

C6 Corvette SCIC airbox Magnuson Supercharged Applications installation instructions

Disconnect electrical connector for under hood light & unclip electrical connector for under hood light from the radiator shroud. Disconnect the electrical connector from outside air temp sensor located low on the right side of the shroud. Remove the 2 “christmas tree” push fasteners holding the radiator shroud to the condenser. They are located approximately midway up along each side. Raise front of vehicle, follow manufacturer instructions. Use jack stands to support vehicle.

1997-2004 Corvette Lingenfelter Mini Tub installation instructions

Remove rear tires, carpet in the rear section and the speakers. Use a plastic drop cloth to seal off behind the seats, so that the cockpit area remains free of fiberglass dust. Locate the “hat” shaped brackets circled in Fig 5. Draw a line straight back from each bracket so they can later be located in the same front-to-back location.

H2 Hummer Roof Rack Assembly/Mounting Instructions (6 Foot)

1) Before beginning assembly/installation, please check to make sure you have received all of the contents as listed above.
2) Lay the roof rack halves upside down on a level, non-marking/non-scratching surface and align. Join the two halves together using the provided 5/16” X 18 X 1_ ” stainless hex bolts and Nylock nuts (7 each). Tighten securely. Before installing the Nylock nuts, lubricate the bolt threads with grease or a similar anti-seize lubricant.

Jeep Wrangler (TJ) 2003–2006 AMP Installation Guide

Installing rivet nuts
1) Assemble rivet nut install tool as shown in figure 1
2) Place assembly into hole in frame so that the rivet nut sits flush to frame
3) Use wrench to hold rivet nut install tool and tighten bolt (see fig.2)
4) Make sure rivet nut stays flush while tightening bolt.
5) Tighten bolt to 30 ft-lbs (41N-m)

Coil Spring Installation Instructions

1. Place floor jack under the outer ends of both axle halves and evenly raise the vehicle approximately one foot. Place floor jacks under the frame rails approximately 4″ behind the radius arm brackets. Ease the vehicle down on to the stands. Continue to lower the vehicle until there is little pressure on the coil springs.
2. Remove the tires.
3. If replacement shocks will be installed, then remove the existing shocks. If the existing shocks are to be reused, then only unbolt the bottom of the shocks.
