The Gear Box is designed to fit under the rear seat of your truck or SUV. The Gear Box gives you a place to store loose items and clutter and ultimately help keep your vehicle organized. It’s designed to fit your vehicle with or without your Husky Liners in place and only takes a few minutes to install.

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Open and remove the Gear Box from the shipping box and protective plastic bag.
2) Lift the rear seats into their upright position.

2007-2008 Chevrolet & GMC Truck with a 5.3L, 6.0L & 6.2L V8 Mac Performance Instructions

1. Start by disconnecting the wire harness from the MAF sensor as shown.
2. Remove the cover from the intake manifold by lifting it up and then pulling it out as shown.
3. Unplug the vent air tube from the stock air silencer as shown.
4. Remove the clip holding the radiator hose to the stock air tube as shown.
5. Loosen the hose clamp on the stock air tube at the MAF meter and the throttle body and remove the stock air tube as shown.
6. Remove the cover of the stock air box as shown and set aside.

1996-00 Chevrolet, GMC Truck & SUV 5.7L V-8 ECONOAID Throttle Body Plate Instructions

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable! Remove the plastic wing nut on the air intake hat behind the throttlebody. Loosen the hose clamp that secures the flexible intake tube to the throttle body hat. Disconnect the crankcase breather hose. Roll the air intake hat towards the front of the vehicle to remove it, and set it aside.
2. A.) Remove the three bolts that secure the throttlebody to the intake manifold. B.) Remove the bolt that secures the throttle cable bracket to the throttlebody. C.) Lift up the tabs, and disconnect the two wiring harnesses of the drivers side of the throttlebody. Lift the throttlebody off of the intake manifold and set it to the side.

2007-09 Chevrolet/GMC HD Pickup GMT-900 Platform “LMM” 6.6L Duramax Diesel Instructions

Installation Step:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Using a 5/16” socket or flat screwdriver, loosen the hose clamp that holds the factory airbox to the flexible intake tube.
2. Using a #20 Torx bit, remove 2 screws holding the Mass Air Flow sensor to the factory airbox tube. Remove the MAF and set it aside. Remove the factory filter minder and grommet from the factory airbox. Save them for later use in step #10.
3. Slide the flexible intake tube off of the factory airbox and then rock the airbox back and forth to free it from the mounting grommets, next lift it straight up and remove it from the vehicle.

Performer Multi-Point EFI Systems are designed for 1987-1992 (#3502) and 1993-1995 (#3501) 5.7L Chevy/GMCs originally equipped with Throttle Body Injection. These complete systems utilize the stock computer and throttle body unit for a simple and effective conversion to multi-point fuel injection. Fuel is injected directly into each port in the head for ideal fuel distribution and efficiency.

96-00 Chevrolet/GMC C/K 7.4L PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer Installation Instructions

Installation Instructions:
1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.
2. Remove air cleaner assembly.
3. Using 10mm socket remove (3) nuts and studs from front side of throttle body. (Ref. “C”)
4. Remove air cleaner mounting stud and bolt from throttle linkage bracket and save.
5. Install (2) linkage extension plates using (2) 5/16 x 3/4” flat head screws. (Ref. “D”)
6. Install air cleaner mounting stud (Refer to Step 4) using 5/16-18” nut and lock washer.

Chevrolet/GMC 1500 Short & Long Bed 2500 Light Duty Short Bed Installation

Installation Instructions
1. Figure 2 shows a cable bracket which holds a brake line to the inside of the frame rail. Loosen this bracket from the top of the frame and move the brake line down about 1/2” so that it is not interfering with hitch cross members.
2. From underneath the passenger’s side of vehicle remove or cut out the section of the heat shield that is located between the frame rails and the bed of the vehicle.

2000-08 Chevrolet, GMC & Hummer H2 (8-Lug) Torsion Key Front Lift/Leveling Kit

Adjusting Lift/Leveling kit after installation
(1) Always wear proper eye protection! Position vehicle on a stable,flat surface and suspend front wheels, lifting by the frame with a floor jack or lift jack. Secure frame with jack stands. Chock tires and turn engine off prior to adjustment!
(2) Locate the two Torsion Key Adjusting Bolts in the cross member of your vehicle chassis.
(3) Using a ratchet wrench and 22mm socket,engage the Adjusting Bolt and SLOWLY turn CLOCKWISE to INCREASE ride height,or COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to DECREASE ride height. Each full turn of the Adjusting Bolt will alter ride height approximately 1/8″. Each half turn will result in a ride height change of approximately 1/16″. (4) Be sure to always check that both sides of the vehicle have been adjusted to the same ride height. Under no circumstances should this product be altered to adjust ride height beyond its design limits.

Chevrolet, GMC, & AMC Jeep 2.8 Litre 60° V6 Instructions

• EGR SYSTEM: For EGR applications when using Performer top #3787, you must drill a 7/16″ hole in the manifold base prior to installation (see Figure 2). Be sure to blow chips out of manifold. This procedure is not necessary for non-EGR installations.
• MANIFOLD: This manifold is designed as a two-piece manifold; the base, or lower part, (#3785), bolts directly to the cylinder heads. There are two interchangeable tops to choose from. The Performer 2V top, #3787, accepts the OEM 2-bbl. carburetor and EGR system for use on the street or off-road situations. It comes with linkage, hardware, gaskets and instructions to bolt directly to base #3785. The Performer 4V top, #3789, accepts standard flange carburetors and is not equipped for EGR. This top also comes with link-age, hardware, gaskets, and instructions to bolt directly to the base #3785. See “Carburetor Recommendations” below for both tops.
