1999 Chevrolet Silverado Push Bar Assemblies Installation Instructions

STEP 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list.
STEP 2. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 3. Determine Driver and Passenger Uprights and Top and Bottom Tubes. (Uprights are positioned so raised side of bolt holes are facing each other and the Tube with the two pierced holes is the Bottom Tube).

Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra Rear Vision System – NAV Display Installation Instructions

Preparation
1. Ensure all lamps and accessories are OFF.
2. Ensure the ignition switch is in the OFF position.
3. Loosen the negative battery cable bolt. Remove negative battery cable from terminal and position away from battery.
4. Wait one (1) minute prior to working on the vehicle to assure SIR roof rail airbag system has been disabled for your safety. Install Camera into Endgate

GMC Sierra/Chevrolet Silverado 6.6L Diesel LB7 True Flow System Installation

Please read this instruction sheet BEFORE proceeding. Excess oil must be removed from filter before installation. Blot using paper towels on front and backside of filter until excess oil is removed.
1. Using a socket or an open-end wrench, disconnect the negative terminal connection on the vehicle battery.
2. Remove the black muffler box located on top of the throttle body that connects to the factory rubber / plastic flex hose. You will need a #30 Torx bit.

1999-2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1/2-Ton 4WD Superlift Torque Max Traction Bar System Installation

Installation requires a professional mechanic. Prior to beginning, inspect the vehicles steering, driveline, and brake systems, paying close attention to the suspension link arms and bushings, anti-sway bars and bushings, tie rod ends, pitman arm, ball joints and wheel bearings. Also check the steering sector-to-frame and all suspension-to-frame attaching points for stress cracks. The overall vehicle must be in excellent working condition; repair or replace all worn parts.

2007 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2WD and 4WD Superlift 6″ Lift System Installation

Installation requires a professional mechanic. Prior to beginning, inspect the vehicles steering, driveline, and brake systems, paying close attention to the suspension link arms and bushings, anti-sway bars and bushings, tie rod ends, pitman arm, ball joints and wheel bearings. Also check the steering sector-to-frame and all suspension-to-frame attaching points for stress cracks. The overall vehicle must be in excellent working condition; repair or replace all worn parts. Read instructions several times before starting. Be sure you have all needed parts and know where they install. Read each step completely as you go.

PickUp Truck Installation Instructions

1. Line up the 48” Tracks so the outside of the tracks are 50” apart.
Note: On Ford F150 you will only be able to space the 48″ tracks 49 1/2″ apart, up against the wheel wells.
2. Now line up the edge of the tracks 6” from the back of the bed.
3. Notice the 5 pre-drilled holes in the tracks - drill a 1/8” pilot hole in each location for the Pan Head Sheet Metal Screws. Also, depending on the vehicle, use the supplied track shims to level the bottom of the track due to the ribs on the bottom of the bed.
4. Using the Pan Head Sheet Metal Screws and a Screw Driver, screw down the 48” Tracks.

Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 1999–2006 AMP Installation

Attaching motor to linkage assembly
The motors must be attached to the linkage assemblies before continuing the installation process.

Steps 1-3 for Heavy Duty Trucks only! For all other vehicles skip to Step 4.
HD - Short Bed: Remove forward most brake cable guide.
HD - Long Bed: Remove first and third brake cable guide.

Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra - Crew Cab 2007

Install plastic brake cable guide (7) in rear of middle body mount. Install new parking brake cable guide (24) in existing frame hole as shown. Remove forward most brake cable guide and replace with new guide (6). Install driver side front linkage in first sheetmetal tab / hole from front. Install threaded clamping plate (13) on top of pinch weld and thread fastener ( 10) into clamping plate and torque to 16 ft-lbs. (22 N m). Next install fastener (12), finger tighten only.
