H3 Hummer Front Mud Guard Installation Instructions

Turn the front wheels all the way to the left or right for mud guard installation. However, it may be necessary to remove the wheels depending on the tools being used for installation.
1. Clean and degrease the mud guard location area on the fender before installation.
2. Remove existing fastener from location D (Figure 1).
3. Attach mud guard to front fender with “existing factory fastener” at location D. Check fit and parallel and adjust accordingly before tightening (Figure 1).
4. Using mud guard as a template, mark, drill 1/8 holes and install #10 screws and washers at locations A, B, and C

Ford 6.0L Turbo Air Guide (TAG) install: 2003-2004

Remove the flexible rubber hose from the air filter to the hard plastic intake tube which connects to the turbo charger. Remove the bolts securing the hard plastic intake tube and associated tubing and clamp.

The picture to the left shows the orientation of the TAG to be inserted into the hard plastic intake tube.

Audi A6 4B C5 Single-Frame front bumper HF 7551 Installation guide

1. Removal of the original bumper:
Remove all screws which hold the bumper. Also remove the screws which hold the alloy bar and remove the bumper with the alloy bar. Remove the alloy bar from the bumper and install it into the new Hofele-Design bumper.
2. Placement of the Hofele-Design front bumper on the car:
Place the new bumper on the car but do not yet bolt it on.

To ensure that the seat belts, belt tensioners and airbags are fully effective, note the following points: Adjust seat and sit in correct position The front seats should not be positioned too close to the steering wheel or dashboard. Maintain a distance of at least 25 cm from the steering wheel.
