FORD DIESEL ENGINE INJECTION TIMING KIT INSTRUCTIONS

Suitable for use on the following vehicles:
1.6 Diesel Engine - 4 Cylinder 1608cc OHC
1. Follow workshop manual instructions to remove the camshaft cover and the timing belt cover.
2. Turn the engine (in the normal direction of rotation) until the timing mark on the injection pump sprocket lines up with the cast lug on the timing cover.

Fore more than 50 years there were several attempts to win the hardest endurance race of the world with a Diesel engine. AUDI who has pioneered the introduction of the first direct injection passenger engine TDI has developed an innovative powerplant for his purpose. With the first run at last years 24h race a historical victory was achieved. The new engine shows a very low weight, a very compact design and a new type of particulate filter system. In combination with a sophisticated combustion process and an extreme high injection pressure a remarkable power output along with low consumption and very low emissions are guaranteed in the race. AUDI shows again its philosophy of customer orientated motorsport by developing and testing new technologies convincingly on the racetrack, before they will introduced in road cars.

Turbo Timer (R907) Installation & Operation Manual

AT vehicle produced since 1963 If we can’t pull out key when gearshift is in P position and engine is still running, we have to release safety circuit. refer to P8 for method of release

For TOYOTA diesel engine, relay of main unit is powered when turbo timer works and ignition key is at OFF position. Battery motor of MR-2 electronic vehicle ˜1.10 Highace (1.8) and etc. runs continuously sometimes. Please refer to P8 for processing details if you want to use special adaptor ˜LEVOC series buy separately.

Renault has unveiled its new third generation Clio. The new model will go on sale in October initially as a three-door with the five-door following in January 2006. At 3.99m the new model is longer than the outgoing Clio, and will be available with a choice of petrol or diesel engines. The petrol engine range comprises a 1.2 litre 16V (75hp), a 1.4 litre 16V (98hp) and a 1.6 litre 16V (113hp) unit, while the 1.5 litre dCi diesel engine comes in a choice of three power outputs: 70hp, 86hp and 106hp. Transmissions include a six-speed manual and a robotised ‘quick shift’ gearbox commanded by paddles located behind the steering wheel.

That’s why you find them powering heavy-duty trucks, buses, tractors, and trains, not to mention large ships, bulldozers, cranes, and other construction equipment. In the past, diesels fit the stereotype of muscle-bound behe-moths. They were dirty and sluggish, smelly and loud. That image doesn’t apply to today’s diesel engines, however, and tomorrow’s diesels will show even greater improvements. They will be even more fuel efficient, more flexible in the fuels they can use, and also much cleaner in emissions.
