Hummer H2 Rear Mud Guards Installation Instructions

It may be necessary to remove the wheels depending on the tools being used for installation.
1. Clean and degrease the mud guard location area on the fender before installation.
2. Remove factory fasteners from locations A and B (Figure 1).
3. Place mud guard against fender and install #10 screws and washers at locations A and B, through mud guard, through existing fender holes and into u-clips. NOTE: The u-clips are to be used as a nut and not to be clipped over fender. Check fit and level before tightening.
4. Using mud guard as a template, drill an 1/8” hole at location C and install a #10 screw.

2002-03 Hummer Multiple Shock Instructions

1. Park the vehicle on flat level ground. Set the emergency brake and properly block the tires.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails using jack stands. Remove the front tires.
3. Remove the bushing and washer from the upper portion of the factory shock. Place the new upper frame bracket over the factory bracket. (See Photo #1). Now reinstall the upper bushing and washer onto the factory shock.
4. Push the bracket up flush against the frame. The outside mounting hole on the top plate will now line up with the factory hole in the upper mount. Drill out the factory hole using a 13/32” drill bit. Install the 3/8 x 1 fine thread bolt with washers and locknut at this location. (See Photo #2).

2003 RSX Side Under Spoiler Installation Instructions

1. Attach the left strake to the side under spoiler using the three self-tapping screws.
2. Remove the three self-tapping screws that fasten the front inner fender to the fenderwell.
3. Remove the four clips that fasten the existing side under spoiler to the side sill, then remove the spoiler by sliding it toward the front.
4. Remove the spring nut from the end of the side under spoiler you just removed.
5. Remove the eight clips from the side sill by turning them 45 degrees.

2003-2005 Honda Civic Bracketron Phone Mount Installation Instructions

Installation instructions for the 2003 Honda Civic
- Set the parking brake and place the shifter into the drive position. Using the Dash Trim tool, pry upward to remove the inner bezel that surrounds the shifter. Remove the 2nd bezel. This bezel has a total of nine (9) clips around the edges holding it in place. Locate and remove the two (2) Phillips screws at the front of the shifter.
- Remove the cigarette lighter that extends past the shifter and on both the left and right sides. Use the Dash Trim tool and start on the left side releasing three clips, do the same on the right side releasing 3 more clips. Grasp the bezel and carefully pull toward you releasing a total of four clips. Use the Dash Trim tool to assist releasing the four clips. Once loose, remove all the wiring and set the bezel aside.

TUbliss Installation Instructions

First time installation will require drilling a 10mm hole in your rim. After the TUbliss Core is installed on the rim, it stays on the rim. It’s not necessary, nor recommended, to remove it when changing tires. We recommend installing TUbliss on new tires that have never been mounted. OEM rim locks leave impressions on the inside of your old tire and any tears or damage from a previous installation may cause leaks or other problems.

2004-05 GMC CANYON Billet Grilles Installation

1. Remove the factory grille shell from vehicle, by releasing the (4) key hole tabs across the top of grille shell. Then there are (2) clips behind the parking lights on the driver & passenger side of grille shell, release by pulling straight out on shell. Then release (3) clips along the bottom of grille shell, by pulling straight out on shell.
2. After grille shell is removed place shell face up on a protective surface, such as a blanket or rubber mat.
Next you will be removing the center section of the factory grille shell, using a cut-off wheel or hack saw. Trim all vertical & horizontal plastic holding center in place.

EasyLift Tail Gate Installation Instructions

Check to make sure your truck does not already have some type of tail-gate assisting device installed. Some 2004 and newer trucks have factory installed torsion bars. If you have made aftermarket modifications to your truck, check to make sure they won’t interfere with installation.

STEP 1
Chevy, GMC, Dodge 1500 (year 1994-2001), Dodge 2500 (year 1994-2002) Trucks: Measure 2 3/4” above the top of the left tailgate pivot post, where the tailgate mounts (Figure 1). Ford, Dodge 1500 (year 2002-present), Dodge 2500 (year 2003-present), Nissan and Toyota Trucks: Measure 3 3/4” above the top of the left tailgate pivot post, where the tailgate mounts (Figure 1).

Bed Extender Bracket Installation Instructions

BRACKET MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Remove contents from box and check for damage. Verify all parts against parts list. Read and understand instructions completely before installation.
Step 2. Position and hold template on passenger side for quick latch bracket as shown (See Figure 1). (FOR TOYOTA, NISSAN, CHEVY S-10, GMC up to 94, and MAZDA up to 94 a separate bracket kit must be ordered). Using a center punch, punch each hole. NOTE: If the truck has a bed liner, center punch the bed liner. DO NOT CUT THE BED LINER! Repeat for driver side.

Bed X-Tender Assemblies Installation Instructions

STEP 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 2. Position and hold template on passenger side for square bracket as shown (See Figure 1). (FOR TOYOTA, NISSAN, CHEVY S-10, GMC up to ‘94, and MAZDA up to ‘94 Use template for “L” bracket as shown in Figure 4). Using a center punch, punch each hole. NOTE: If the truck has a bed liner, center punch the bed liner. DO NOT CUT THE BED LINER! Repeat for driver side.
STEP 3. Verify hole locations before drilling (See Figure 2). Drill mounting holes for square brackets using 9/64” drill bit (See Figure 2). For “L” bracket mounting, drill mounting holes using 7/32” drill bit (See Figure 4). Repeat for driver side.

Low Profile Light Bar Mounting Instructions

Preparing:
1. Two people will be needed to complete this task.
2. Place ONLY THE MOUNTING END CASTING into the rain-gutters of your vehicle.
3. Level each Mounting End Casting so that the top flat area is parallel to the horizon.
4. Take a tape measure and measure the distance between each open end of each Mounting End Casting .
5. Add 2 inches to that dimension.
6. Subtract that total from the total length of the bar, which is 56″.
7. Take the difference and divide it by two.
8. The amount divided by two is the amount you will cut off each end of your bar.
