This high quality kit is designed to fit most Honda and Acura models. This kit comes with:
- One 19-row oil cooler
- Braided stainless (AN -10) oil lines (3)
- Block adapter
- Filter mount
- Right-angle adapters (3)
While this kit is intended to work in most applications, this kit may require modification for some extremely modified vehicles or unique applications. Please contact us for more information. This kit is also intended to be used with a Honda-style oil filter (standard Honda thread). We do recommend the use of a larger, high-quality filter like the NSX or S2000 OEM fitments, or a Mobil 1 M1-105.

The Flip tarp is designed and pre-assembled for a drivers side mount, however it can also be mounted on the passenger side by applying some simple modifications. FOR A DRIVERS SIDE MOUNT SKIP TO STEP II.
Modifications for a drivers side mount
a. Locate the power unit mounting plate in the motor assembly.
b. Unbolt the mounting plate and rotate 180 degrees. Re-place bolts.
c. Unbolt the actuator and rotate it until the valves are one bolt pattern off vertical, pointing down and towards the power pack. Re-place bolts. (task is best accomplished with 2 people, one holds the actuator which weighs approx. 50 lbs, and the other removes and places the bolts.)
d. Unbolt the Sun Hydraulic Counterbalance Valve and rotate it 180 degrees. Re-place bolts.

Installation of the LB10 will vary depending on what type of vehicle you have and how you have it set up. Due to variables in different vehicles, the fit of the LB10 should be evaluated before beginning installation.

BEFORE INSTALLATION OF CONVERTER TO TRANSMISSION
1. If transmission is not fresh, drain all old oil, clean the pan and replace the filter or clean screen.
2. Thoroughly flush oil cooler lines and cooler with clean varsol or other suitable solvent. Repeat process alternately in both lines until clean then blow air through the system. If any restriction is noticed in the lines or cooler, they must be replaced. If there are any twists or kinks in the lines restricting oil flow, the lines must be replaced.

Attaching motor to linkage assembly
The motors must be attached to the linkage assemblies before continuing the installation process.
Steps 1-3 for Heavy Duty Trucks only! For all other vehicles skip to Step 4.
HD - Short Bed: Remove forward most brake cable guide.
HD - Long Bed: Remove first and third brake cable guide.
