November 11th, 2009 · No Comments

The satisfactory performance and durability of the windscreen is wholly dependant on the integrity of the mechanism and the quality of the installation. We can not be responsible for problems resulting from faulty installation. Follow the instructions carefully and work slowly and cautiously. Do not exert excessive force on any part of the mechanism or the screen — they are plastic and may break Your windscreen shipped with a protective paper/film covering on both sides. HA-MC01 V2 Installation Manual

November 4th, 2009 · No Comments

We think youʼve made an excellent choice in allowing HAWK® to protect your bike. 2006-2008 Honda Civic 1.8L Large Case Conversion Alternator

November 1st, 2009 · No Comments

Installation Instructions:
Disconnect the negative battery cable and then disconnect the positive battery cable.
Disconnect the wiring, remove the belt, and then remove the stock alternator from it’s mounting brackets.
Mount the new alternator to the existing mounting bracket on the engine with the double feet from the alternator on either side of the mounting bracket. It is important to note that the origional alternator bracket has a “slip bushing” in it. If the Mechman alternator bracket will not slide over the bushing then it will need to be tapped back with a hammer( a very small amount of added room is needed). If extra space exist use the supplied spacers as necessary to reduce the extra space between the mounting bracket and the alternator bracket. Install the original long bolt and hand tighten. See the diagram below.
