2003-2008 Hummer H2 SUV & SUT 6″ Performance Suspension System

FRONT SUSPENSION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery. With the vehicle on level ground set the emergency brake and block the rear tires. Jack up the front end of the truck and support the frame rails with jack stands. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE! Remove the front tires.
2. Locate the torsion bar adjusting cams and threaded bolts. Measure exposed threads of torsion bar adjusting bolts and record for reinstallation. Mark torsion bars indicating driver and passenger. Using a torsion bar removal tool unload the torsion bars and remove the torsion bar adjusters. Retain the hardware for reinstallation. NOTE- Do not attempt to unload or remove torsion bars without the proper torsion bar tool. Torsion Bars are under extreme spring load.

H2 Hummer Low Profile Light Bar Instructions

INSTALLATION:
1. Disconnect negative battery terminal. Remove phillips head screw from driver side marker light lens and remove lens assembly. Pull up the wire boot.
2. Remove driver side assist handle by pulling out locking tabs with a small flat blade screwdriver until they “click”. Next, remove the A-Pillar trim and place on dash.
3. Remove the fuse cover panel on the left side of dash. There are two clips at the top and one at the bottom.
4. Using a 13mm socket, remove 4 bolts, one plastic stud, and remove the driver’s side hood stop bracket for access to the main wire harness boot.

2002-03 Hummer Multiple Shock Instructions

1. Park the vehicle on flat level ground. Set the emergency brake and properly block the tires.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails using jack stands. Remove the front tires.
3. Remove the bushing and washer from the upper portion of the factory shock. Place the new upper frame bracket over the factory bracket. (See Photo #1). Now reinstall the upper bushing and washer onto the factory shock.
4. Push the bracket up flush against the frame. The outside mounting hole on the top plate will now line up with the factory hole in the upper mount. Drill out the factory hole using a 13/32” drill bit. Install the 3/8 x 1 fine thread bolt with washers and locknut at this location. (See Photo #2).

1999-2004 Honda Odyssey Bracketron Phone Mount Installation Intructions

Remove the bezel that surrounds the climate control and extends behind the transmission shifter. To do this, grasp the bezel behind the shifter and release the first clip. In the upper-right corner of the bezel, use the Dash Trim tool to work loose the remaining ten (10) clips that hold the bezel in place. Note: On vehicles without the navigation system and/or with the DVD, the climate controls will come off with the bezel. Note: On vehicles that have the navigation system, disconnect the emergency light switch connector, and interior lighting switch. Apply the emergency brake and turn the ignition to the on position. Place the transmission shifter into the neutral position. Pull the shifter lever toward you to allow clearance for the bezel to be removed. Place the bezel aside when removed.

2009 Honda Pilot FWD/4WD ReadyLift Part# 69-8010 Installation Instructions

Position truck on a flat surface and lift vehicle by the frame so that the front wheels are off the ground. Use a minimum 3 ton jack stands and place under frame for safety or a (2) two post lift if available. Make sure that the emergency brake is on and the rear wheels are blocked to prevent a rollout.

SuperSprings Model # SSA10 Installation Instructions

Front / Rear & Poly Spring Pads (PSP’s)
The SSA10 springs do NOT have a specific left or right side; however, they do have a specific front / rear side. Position the two-hole shackle to the front and the three-hole shackle to the rear. PLEASE NOTE: Two sets of PSP’s are included with these springs. The larger set is for Ford applications; the smaller set is for GMC and Dodge applications. See page three of these instructions for more details

99-02 Chevy/GMC K1500 4×4 6″ Suspension lift Installation Instructions

FRONT DISASSEMBLY:
1. With vehicle on flat level ground set the emergency brake and block the rear tires. Place floor jack under the lower control arm’s front cross member and raise vehicle. Place jack stands under frame rails, behind the front wheel wells then and lower the frame onto the stands.
2. Remove both front factory skid plates located in front of and under the front differential using 15mm socket.
WARNING: Be extremely careful when loading or unloading the torsion bars; there is a tremendous amount of stored energy (load pressure) in the bars. Keep your hands and body clear of the adjuster arm assembly and puller tool in case anything slips or breaks.

2004-2009 Chevrolet Colorado & GMC Canyon ReadyLift Installation Instructions

Position truck on a flat surface and lift vehicle by the frame so that the front wheels are off the ground. Use minimum 3 ton jack stands and place under frame for safety or a (2) two post lift if available. Make sure that the emergency brake is on and the rear wheels are blocked to prevent a rollout. Remove the front wheels. Unclip the ABS line from the upper control arm.
Unbolt the 13mm ABS line retaining bracket nut.
Unbolt the 21mm tie rod end nut.
Separate the tie rod end from the steering knuckle.
