Congratulations on your purchase of the Honda 750 Ace & Spirit Thunder Air Filter Kit. We’re sure you’ll be pleased with the new level of performance you’ll experience. This kit should be installed on bikes with After Market Exhaust Pipes only and jetted, (jet kit not included). We recommend that an experienced mechanic perform this conversion. Use the appropriate Honda service manual for reference to complete jetting of carbs. Remember, gasoline is extremely flammable and can be explosive under certain conditions. Work in a well-ventilated area and clean up any spills immediately. Check for leaks before riding.

4 Door Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon Installation Instructions

Verifying Fit - Flares should be held to the vehicle surface to verify correct type and fit BEFORE beginning installation or painting. Small fit adjustments can be made by trimming (filing, sanding or scraping) excess plastic.
Performance - Using larger tires may increase the area required to turn the vehicle. Some Tire/Rim combinations may require lowering bump stops and/or installing steering stops to prevent tire shoulders from contacting flare.
Exhaust System - Modifications may be necessary to maintain a minimum 4 inch clearance between flares and exhaust pipes. Exhaust gases should not vent directly onto flares.

1966-87 Chevrolet & GMC Header Code Number: 003 Installation Instructions

Fits all models with standard and automatic transmissions, power brakes, power steering, air conditioning and transmission safety locks.

1. Prepare the truck for installation.
a. Disconnect the negative cable on the battery.
b. Remove the spark plugs and spark plug shields.
c. Remove the smog manifolds if equipped with a smog air pump.
d. If the generator or alternator is mounted on the left side exhaust manifold, remove the cap screws and move the unit out of the way. It is not necessary to disconnect the wires. If the alternator is mounted to the front of the engine on the right side, it does not have to be removed.

Prior to Installation:
A) Bushwacker only approves installing the flares according to these written instructions with the hardware provided. WARNING: Failure to install according to these instructions will invalidate the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to using alternative installation methods, hardware, or materials. DO NOT USE: Loctite, SuperGlue, or similar products on the hardware or the flares.

1987-96 Ford F150/250 Pickup Dynomax Dual Kits Installation Instructions

Read all instructions before starting any work.
1. Remove the exhaust system behind the catalytic converter assembly.
2. Grind or file the tab off the outlet end of the O.E. converter. Connect the intermediate pipe to the converter and clamp in place. This pipe will require cutting the outlet for the 133″ WB (standard cab, 8’ box). Cut to length after the muffler is in position (SEE #3).
3. Slip muffler hanger (36161) ends thru the rubber hangers. The clamp should be offset to the driver’s side. Install the muffler. The bracket clamps to the driver’s side outlet. Do not tighten yet.

Model TRU300R Installation Manual

Keep wiring away from moving engine parts, exhaust pipes and high-tension cable. Tape wires that pass through holes on the firewall to prevent fraying. Watches out sharp edges that may damage wires and causes short circuit.
CAUTION: Do not connect the wire harness to the control module until all wiring to vehicle is complete.

Short-throw Shifter Installation Guide Removal Procedure

1) Remove the shift control knob.
A. Lift up on the rear portion of the shift control closeout boot retaining ring and detach the retaining ring from the console. Important Detaching the shift control knob from the shift lever may require a large amount of physical effort.
B. Firmly grasp the shift control knob and pull straight up to detach the shift control knob from the shift lever.
C. Remove the shift control closeout boot and knob assembly.
