This system is intended for “off road use only”
1. Please carefully inspect the entire braking system thoroughly, and replace any marginal items. Installation of braided steel, high performance brake lines is highly recommended, though not mandatory.
2. Please carefully inspect the entire power steering system thoroughly, and replace any marginal items. This system will not function properly unless the power steering system is 100%
3. Disconnect the battery.
4. Disconnect the brake pedal rod connection at the brake pedal.
5. Disconnect the master cylinder from its mounting, and secure it approximately 6 inches forward (if brake line integrity / routing permits – otherwise remove the master cylinder).

Guardian II Commercial Lift Interlock GRD602-C Installation Instructions

GUARDIAN MODULE - Remove the lower dash panel below the steering column. The Guardian Module should be positioned in a secure area below the steering column. It can be secured using self tapping screws, adhesive foam tape, or wire ties. Do not secure the module until all harnesses are installed and proper lift operation has been verified.

97-98 Ford Air Dam 4×2 and 4×4 Installation Instructions

Tools needed: 8mm open end wrench or socket 7/16 socket or open end wrench 1/4×1 bolts, 5/16 flat washers and nuts
1. Using the 8mm wrench, remove the factory Air Dam.
2. Position Air Dam aligning the center hole of Air Dam with the center hole of bumper.
3. Using a bolt with flat washer on the bolt, push bolt up through Air dam into bumper.
4. Install a flat washer, and a locking nut from above. DO NOT tighten at this time.
5. Install the balance of the bolts making sure that a flat washer is against the Air Dam.
6. Once all bolts are installed, tighten starting from the center of the Air Dam working right and then center of the Air Dam working left.
