Suzuki Adjustable Cam Sprocket Instructions

SA-S-750 (GSXR-600 & GSXR-750) Early SA-S-1300 (GSX1300 R)
The GSXR has a ball bearing behind each cam sprocket. Press the original sprocket off but leave the bearing on. You’ll notice that a line has been stamped on the end of each camshaft at the factory. Line up one of the adapter’s 6mm threaded holes with the line and press the adapter on. Caution: make sure you press the adapter on the right way (with the larger of the two steps facing outwards). Make sure you are pressing the adapter on squarely to the cam. When pressing on an adapter, support the camshaft securely and squarely by the flange behind the ball bearing. DO NOT just stand the cam on its end and press. Failure to do this will result in damage to the cam and the adapter. You may want to slightly G.T.A.W. weld a spot or two to secure the adapter to the cam. This will insure no future movement. DO NOT OVERWELOl

1995 Volvo 850 Maintenance Information

The condition of camshaft drive belts should always be checked on vehicles which have more than 50,000 miles. Although some manufacturers do not recommend belt replacement at a specified mileage, others require it at 60,000-100,000 miles. A camshaft drive belt failure may cause extensive damage to internal engine components on most engines, although some designs do not allow piston-to-valve contact. These designs are often called “Free Wheeling”.

If you are not comfortable with this procedure please return your Shark Injector™ to your retailer for a prompt refund; 2. Locate the rectangular 16 pin OBD-II port in the interior of your BMW. It will generally be found in the driver’s under-dash area, or on the forward end of the passenger side of the transmission tunnel. It is covered by flip-top plastic cover engraved with the word “OBD”. In some cases there is a second removable “trim cover” over the actual plug assembly. Remove the “trim cover” if necessary, and open the flip-top cover to gain access to the OBD-II diagnostic port;

This body lift kit should only be installed on vehicles in good working condition. Before installation, the vehicle should be thoroughly inspected for evidence of corrosion or deformation of the sheet metal around the factory body mounts. This body lift kit should not be installed on any vehicle that is suspected to have been in a collision or misused. Off road use of your vehicle with this body lift installed may increase the stress applied to the factory body mounts. We do not recommend that any vehicle with a body lift installed be involved in any extreme off road maneuvers such as jumping. The First 1000 Miles (1500 km) The more cautiously you treat your vehicle during the break-in period, the more satisfied you will be with its performance later on. Therefore, drive your vehicle during the first 1500 km (1000 miles) at moderate vehicle and engine-speeds. During this period, avoid heavy loads (full throttle driving) and high RPM (no more than 2/3 of maximum permissible speed in each gear as indicated on the speedometer). Avoid accelerating by kickdown. It is not recommended to brake the vehicle by manually shifting to a lower gear.
