INSTALLATION:
1. Disconnect negative battery terminal. Remove phillips head screw from driver side marker light lens and remove lens assembly. Pull up the wire boot.
2. Remove driver side assist handle by pulling out locking tabs with a small flat blade screwdriver until they “click”. Next, remove the A-Pillar trim and place on dash.
3. Remove the fuse cover panel on the left side of dash. There are two clips at the top and one at the bottom.
4. Using a 13mm socket, remove 4 bolts, one plastic stud, and remove the driver’s side hood stop bracket for access to the main wire harness boot.

PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Determine driver and passenger Mounting Brackets.
3. Hang the inner side of the driver front Mounting Bracket into position by partially threading (1) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer, and (1) 8mm Flat Washer into factory threaded hole on the frame (Figure 1). NOTE: There are two threaded holes by the front mounting location on the frame, use the one towards the rear of vehicle.
4. Attach the opposite side of the driver front Mounting Bracket to the threaded holes on the floor panel of the vehicle by partially threading (2) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 1).
5. Locate and cut out the openings in the driver and passenger side trimming templates with a pair of scissors (Page 3 & 4)
6. Fit the driver’s side template onto its respective side plastic rock shields. Position them using two each of the 8mm bolts that will later be used to mount the side bar brackets. Transfer the openings in the templates onto the plastic cover using a magic marker.
7. Now remove the rock shield from the undercarriage of the car. The three front screws can be removed with a 10MM socket. The plastic retainer plugs can be removed with a flat blade screwdriver.
8. Using a sharp knife or pair of shears, cut out the shields as marked using the templates (Figure 2).
9. Insert the inner side of driver rear Mounting Bracket through previously cut out hole on the plastic cover. Hang Mounting Bracket by partially threading (1) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer, and (1) 8mm Flat Washer into factory threaded hole on the frame (Figure 3). NOTE: There are two threaded holes on the frame, use the one towards the rear of vehicle.
10. Attach the opposite side on the driver rear Mounting Bracket by partially threading (2) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers into factory threaded holes on the floor panel.
11. Position Driver Side Bar onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Side Bar to Mounting Brackets using the included (4) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 8mm Lock Washers, and (4) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 1). Do not tighten at this time.
12. Level and adjust Side Bar; then tighten all hardware at this time.
13. Re-install the rest of fastener on the rock shield.
14. Repeat steps 2-13 for passenger Side Bar.
15. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

TO START:
1. Turn the ignition OFF and disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the air temperature sensor electrical connection as shown.
3. Unclip the battery cable from the air inlet duct as shown.
4. Loosen and remove the two bolts that secure the air inlet duct as shown.
5. Remove the air inlet duct.
6. Loosen and remove the four bolts that secure the air intake resonator.

The following are some general guidelines that will simplify the installation process and make owning your GrilleGuy grille an enjoyable experience.
• Always place the head of the zip ties behind the grille for a cleaner more custom look. A galvanized /stainless picture hanging wire (not included) can be substituted for the cable ties.
• Occasional use of an aluminum polish will give your raw grille a brilliant shine

99-02 GMC Sierra Truck & 2000-05 Yukon & Yukon XL Air Dam Installation Instructions CK580-S/CK580-T

REMOVING FACTORYAIR DAM
1. To remove factory Air Dam, use a 6” long flat blade screwdriver. The rivets are accessed through the bottom of the bumper behind the factory Air Dam.
2. It will be necessary to remove the factory driving lights by removing the two bolts that hold the plastic light brackets to the bumper. Also remove the nut clips from the bumper.
3. Insert the screwdriver blade into the rivet head slots and twist screwdriver to force rivet inserts downward. Once rivet inserts are 1/4” to 1/2” down, grab with fingers or pliers and pull down, completely removing inserts.
4. After all rivets and lights are removed, use the screwdriver from the front side of Air Dam and pry down on the Air Dam to remove it from the bumper.
5. Next remove the plastic rivet clips from the bottom of the bumper by squeezing the clips and pulling down.

1997-1998 FORD XLT & Lariat Models Only & F-150 & Light Duty F-250 Installation

1. Before beginning installation be sure to wear proper eye protection.
2. Remove the grille shell from the vehicle. Open the hood and remove the black ABS cover from grille to the radiator shroud. Remove the 8 phillips head screws on the retaining clips, lift cover up and remove the retaining clips.
3. Remove the turn signal / parking lamp assemblies by removing the 7MM head bolt at the inside corners behind each lamp. Grasp lamp and pull straight forward to remove. Lift the locking tabs on bulb socket and turn 1/4 turn CCW to remove.

This Should be all the tools you need, Shown in Figure 2 and about 2 Hours from hood up to hood down. Including a Flat Blade screw driver, 8mm Box end wrench, 10mm socket, 10mm deep well socket, 3/8” drive ratchet with 6” extension, T30 Torx head bit, torque wrench, and a gripper to pull out and install a few “hidden” bolts to make sure you don’t drop them.

This manual is used for Integrated DVD Rear Seat Entertainment System in to Ford Territory 2004 onwards, Ford BA Falcon 2003 onwards, Ford FG Falcon 2008 onwards.
Step 1
Disconnect cable from the negative battery terminal.
Step 2
Remove existing front seat headrests from vehicle by disengaging the pole guide lock and lifting the headrest in upwards direction.
NOTE: Identify the type of seat back by inspecting the rear of the seat if it is plastic it is a hard back type, if it is a material type it is a soft back type.

Super Pro Polyurethane Bushings on 240 Series Volvos Installation Manual

I installed a set of Super Pro bushings in my 1980 Volvo 244, using suspension components from mixed donor cars: some were from a 1977 242 DL, some were from a 1979 242 GT, and some were from a 1984 245 DL. Though these vehicles are very different, installation should be typical since none of them used parts specific to that model.
