H2 Hummer Low Profile Light Bar Instructions

INSTALLATION:
1. Disconnect negative battery terminal. Remove phillips head screw from driver side marker light lens and remove lens assembly. Pull up the wire boot.
2. Remove driver side assist handle by pulling out locking tabs with a small flat blade screwdriver until they “click”. Next, remove the A-Pillar trim and place on dash.
3. Remove the fuse cover panel on the left side of dash. There are two clips at the top and one at the bottom.
4. Using a 13mm socket, remove 4 bolts, one plastic stud, and remove the driver’s side hood stop bracket for access to the main wire harness boot.

JET Air/Fuel Meter Installation & User Guide

1. Mounting the Air / Fuel Meter
Using the supplied Velcro, Suction Cups or L-Brackets, locate the Air /Fuel Meter in a convenient location that does not obstruct your view.
TIP: Clean the mounting area with alcohol or another nonabrasive cleaner to ensure the Velcro or Suction Cups adhere properly.
2. Disconnect the Negative Battery Cable
Locate the battery and remove the negative battery cable.

S Controller Installation Guide CM4200

Connector 1
Pin #1: Red - This wire is used as the (+) Constant Power input for the unit. This wire must be connected for the unit to function correctly.
Pin #2: Green/White - This wire is the (+) Positive Parking light output. Connect this wire directly to the (+) trigger wire generally off the parking light switch or found at or behind the fuse box.
Pin #3: Red/ White - This wire is used as the (+) Constant Power input for Starter and 2nd Ignition.
Pin #4: White - This wire is used to power the (+) Accessory, which activates the blower motor for the heater or A/C.
Pin #5: Blue - This wire will power (+) 2nd Starter, (+) 2nd Accessory or (+) 2nd Ignition depending on the jumper selection at JM1.

Notes for Wire Connection

1999 - 2001 Ford Super Duty Keyless Entry Interface

As delivered by Ford, the factory keyless entry “locks out” when your truck is running. Installing this interface will allow the keyless entry to operate when these conditions are present:
1) Diesel Turbo Lifesaver is running your engine and
2) Ignition key is out of the ignition.

Volvo 760 and 740 Radio Install

This vehicle most likely has an external amplifier powering the speakers, not the amplifier inside the radio. This creates problems when installing a new replacement radio. The Volvo amplifier cannot be used and must be bypassed. This document shows you the extensive steps to remove the auto makers radio, find and bypass the auto makers amplifier in the vehicle, and then connect and mount the new replacement radio. If you have 4 speakers in your vehicle (2 in the front doors, and 2 in the rear doors) you most likely have an amplifier in your vehicle.

CM4200DX Remote Starter Install Guide

Before you make all your wire connections and connect the additional items please review the Option Programming Tables and the descriptions at the end of this manual. CONNECTOR 1 (CN1)

Pin 1 Red - Constant 12-volt (+) positive power input for the control module. This wire must be connected to a constant 12-volt (+) positive source. The proper wire will test 12-volt (+) positive with the key in the off position, while key is in the on position and during crank.

Hyundai Tuscon Engine & Suspension Removal & Replacement Allowances

There have been some changes to time allowances for engine and suspension assemblies on recently scheduled vehicles. Previous schedules have shown separate remove and replace allowances for engines and suspension assemblies of approximately 8.00 to 9.50 hours depending on make and model. When formulated, these allowances reflected a component assembly of the motor, suspension and engine compartment hardware.

MITSUBISHI PAJERO VEHICLE ALARM FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Position the compact alarms and the sirens in the engine compartment, on the support of the passenger’s side shock absorber. Pass the cables through the original core hitch located in the bulkhead that divides the engine compartment and the passenger’s compartment, passenger’s side.
