08-09 Honda CRV Steelcraft 3″ Sidebars Installation Instructions

PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Determine driver and passenger Mounting Brackets.
3. Hang the inner side of the driver front Mounting Bracket into position by partially threading (1) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer, and (1) 8mm Flat Washer into factory threaded hole on the frame (Figure 1). NOTE: There are two threaded holes by the front mounting location on the frame, use the one towards the rear of vehicle.
4. Attach the opposite side of the driver front Mounting Bracket to the threaded holes on the floor panel of the vehicle by partially threading (2) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 1).
5. Locate and cut out the openings in the driver and passenger side trimming templates with a pair of scissors (Page 3 & 4)
6. Fit the driver’s side template onto its respective side plastic rock shields. Position them using two each of the 8mm bolts that will later be used to mount the side bar brackets. Transfer the openings in the templates onto the plastic cover using a magic marker.
7. Now remove the rock shield from the undercarriage of the car. The three front screws can be removed with a 10MM socket. The plastic retainer plugs can be removed with a flat blade screwdriver.
8. Using a sharp knife or pair of shears, cut out the shields as marked using the templates (Figure 2).
9. Insert the inner side of driver rear Mounting Bracket through previously cut out hole on the plastic cover. Hang Mounting Bracket by partially threading (1) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer, and (1) 8mm Flat Washer into factory threaded hole on the frame (Figure 3). NOTE: There are two threaded holes on the frame, use the one towards the rear of vehicle.
10. Attach the opposite side on the driver rear Mounting Bracket by partially threading (2) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers into factory threaded holes on the floor panel.
11. Position Driver Side Bar onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Side Bar to Mounting Brackets using the included (4) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 8mm Lock Washers, and (4) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 1). Do not tighten at this time.
12. Level and adjust Side Bar; then tighten all hardware at this time.
13. Re-install the rest of fastener on the rock shield.
14. Repeat steps 2-13 for passenger Side Bar.
15. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

Honda Throttle Linkage Kit Instruction

Thank you for your purchase of the complete Honda engine linkage kit. This kit is designed to fit both the 120&160 engine platforms. The only difference you will find between the 120 and the 160 engine is the direction the cable adjustment block is installed on the engine block.

1. Remove the stamped factory linkage plate and related hardware.
2. Check your carburetor and confirm the throttle arm (black plastic molded arm on the top of the throttle shaft) is in good working condition.

2001-02 Honda Passport Step Board Kit Installation Instructions

STEP 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 2. Measure, and mark clearly, from the front of pinch weld towards the rear of vehicle for bracket positions. Suggested locations at 14 1/2”,33 1/4”, 49 1/2” and 61 1/2”.
STEP 3. Drill 5/16” holes as marked on pinch weld. Drill each hole in pinch weld so they are centered vertically.
STEP 4. Under the vehicle near the first 2 hole locations you will see 2 black body plugs, remove these

2003-UP Honda Pilot Sportsman Assembly Installation Instructions

STEP 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list.
STEP 2. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 3. Determine passenger and driver brackets. SEE FIGURE 1.
STEP 4. Remove (16) push type retainers from lower splash shield. Remove plastic splash shield to gain access to mounting locations.
STEP 5. Locate bolts that hold the frame brace and bumper brackets to vehicle. Remove bolts using a 17mm and 14mm socket and ratchet.
STEP 6. Install bracket between lower radiator support and frame brace using (2) 1/2” flat washers on top of bracket’s frame brace slots and replace bolts. Install (1) 3/8-16 x 1.00” hex head bolt, (1) 3/8” lock washer and (2) 3/8” flat washers. Leave loose. SEE FIGURE 1. NOTE: It may necessary to loosen body mount bolt holding the frame brace to gain enough clearance to slide brackets in place.

Rocket Locker Side Rails Installation Instruction

Upon receipt of the Rocket Locker, the casting and the light should already be assembled and wires should be fed thru casting.
Step 1: Feed wires thru hole in the oval gasket.
Step 2: Install Allen head bolts through the hole in Rocket Locker casting, plastic oval gasket, and rubber expander.
Step 3: Install threaded back plate on Allen head bolt. Snugly tighten the back plate against the rubber expander.
Step 4: Remove the tail light lens. To do this, open tailgate and remove the screws that hold the lens in place (refer to picture below). If you are not sure which screws hold the lens in place refer to your owner’s manual on how to replace tail light bulbs. Then release the tabs on the other side of the lens.

1998-2000 Chevrolet S10 Blazer Sportsman Assemblies Installation Instructions

Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
Remove 10mm bolts from bumper brace located on back side of front body mount if present. For each side, place Mount Bracket up to the backside of the body mount and secure using existing 10mm bolts removed in step 3. (On trucks without existing bolts, use the 10mm hardware provided in the bolt kit).

1997-1998 FORD XLT & Lariat Models Only & F-150 & Light Duty F-250 Installation

1. Before beginning installation be sure to wear proper eye protection.
2. Remove the grille shell from the vehicle. Open the hood and remove the black ABS cover from grille to the radiator shroud. Remove the 8 phillips head screws on the retaining clips, lift cover up and remove the retaining clips.
3. Remove the turn signal / parking lamp assemblies by removing the 7MM head bolt at the inside corners behind each lamp. Grasp lamp and pull straight forward to remove. Lift the locking tabs on bulb socket and turn 1/4 turn CCW to remove.

SA314 Mounting Bracket 2003 Ford Expedition

The siren speaker wires must exit through the bottom of the siren. The siren wire hole is also the drainage hole. Improper mounting will damage the driver and void the warranty. Sirens produces extremely loud emergency warning tones! Exposure to these tones without proper and adequate hearing protection, could cause ear damage and/or hearing loss!
