Hummer H-2 Fuel Door NON LOCKING Installatio Instructions

1. Remove the OEM gas cap.
2. Remove the 3 mounting bolts from the filler neck.
3. Remove plastic gas shroud by turning counter clock wise and pulling up.
4. Attach the black latch using the 6-32 x 3/16 pan head screws provided.

DYNA Ignition Coil Installation Instructions

For breaker points, the 5 ohm coils should be used or the 3 ohm coils can be used and a 1 to 2 ohm ballast resistor placed in the 12 volt line going to the coils. Generally, a ballast resistor should not be used with DYNA COILS on electronic ignitions. The secondary towers are designed to accept 7 or 8 mm automotive spark plug wire. Wire kits are available trom DYNATEK.
1) Remove the gas tank. Locate the two ignition coils.
2) Unplug the primary wires coming from the coils and disconnect the high voltage wires from the spark plugs. Remove the coil mounting bolts, and remove the coils.

These instructions explain the procedure required to mount either the Windjammer IV or Vindicator II fairing to your motorcycle. We urge you to follow the preparation and assembly sequence from start to finish. This will benefit you directly in several ways:
1) You will be assured the fairing is properly installed and is immediately ready for operation.
2) You will minimize unnecessary confusion, moaning and scraped knuckles.
3) You will protect your investment by doing it right, and
4) With the confidence that nothing has been overlooked, you won’t have to waste time backtracking to correct mistakes. That’s time you could spend riding.

Honda 750 Ace & Spirit Thunder Air Filter Kit Installation Instructions

Congratulations on your purchase of the Honda 750 Ace & Spirit Thunder Air Filter Kit. We’re sure you’ll be pleased with the new level of performance you’ll experience. This kit should be installed on bikes with After Market Exhaust Pipes only and jetted, (jet kit not included). We recommend that an experienced mechanic perform this conversion. Use the appropriate Honda service manual for reference to complete jetting of carbs. Remember, gasoline is extremely flammable and can be explosive under certain conditions. Work in a well-ventilated area and clean up any spills immediately. Check for leaks before riding.

Bed X-Tender Assemblies Installation Instructions

STEP 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 2. Position and hold template on passenger side for square bracket as shown (See Figure 1). (FOR TOYOTA, NISSAN, CHEVY S-10, GMC up to ‘94, and MAZDA up to ‘94 Use template for “L” bracket as shown in Figure 4). Using a center punch, punch each hole. NOTE: If the truck has a bed liner, center punch the bed liner. DO NOT CUT THE BED LINER! Repeat for driver side.
STEP 3. Verify hole locations before drilling (See Figure 2). Drill mounting holes for square brackets using 9/64” drill bit (See Figure 2). For “L” bracket mounting, drill mounting holes using 7/32” drill bit (See Figure 4). Repeat for driver side.

42-48 Ford Car Installation Instructions

Remove all parts from you dash, except Speedo trim ring. Install ( 10 ) 8/32 x 5/8 studs in dash adapter as shown in Photo #1.
Install ( 2 ) Gauges in dash adapter as shown in Photo #2.
Install dash adapter as shown in Photo #3
From rear of dash.
Using ( 2 ) 10/32 x 3/8 Pan Head Screws & Washers.
Install the 2 outside gauges as shown in photo #4 & #5.
Do Not Over Tighten Gauges to Panel. Overtightening may break the glass. Leave Clear Protective Covering On Your Panel Until It Is Com- pletely Installed, To Protect The Highly Polished Surface.

2006-2007 BMW K1200GT Installation Instructions

Repositions the stock handlebars 1” (25mm) closer to the rider from their tallest adjusted position. No height adjustments are possible with the HR adapter as it maintains the tallest bar position. Heli Bars are designed to safely increase your riding comfort, however it is imperative that these instructions be followed to ensure correct installation. Failure to follow these instructions could result in improper installation and create a dangerous control situation.
