Step One
REMOVE CANISTER PURGE VALVE BRACKET AND ROCK RAIL
Remove the Canister Purge Valve Bracket from the Rock Rail. Set the bolt aside to be reused later. Then remove the ten bolts that secure the Rock Rail to the vehicle. Set these bolts aside also. Some of them will be used again later
Step Two
INSTALL NEW CANISTER PURGE VALVE BRACKET
Locate the 4th set of holes from the front on the inner sill. Place the Canister Purge Valve Bracket from the Parts Kit over the holes and install it with the bolt that was removed in Step One. Install the Canister Purge Valve on the bracket using an M8 x 20 Bolt, Nut and Washer.

With simulated beadlock wheels, you must mount your tires before installing the simulated beadlock ring, and conversely, you must remove the simulated beadlock rings prior to demounting and changing your tires. Included with your wheels are hardware packs that include 16 short, stainless button head Allen bolts, 6 long, stainless button head Allen bolts, and 22 stainless flat washers with each wheel. The 16 short bolts and washers should be installed on the ring in the 16 threaded holes prior to mounting the ring to the wheel.

PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Starting on the driver side of the vehicle, locate the two threaded holes toward the front of the frame. Select the driver side Front Mounting Bracket and bolt it to the threaded holes with (2) 10-1.5mm x 30mm Hex Bolts, (2) 10mm Flat Washers and (2) 10mm Lock Washers, (Figure 1). Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time. Repeat this step for the rear Mounting Bracket installation, (Figure 2).

2002-03 Hummer Multiple Shock Instructions

1. Park the vehicle on flat level ground. Set the emergency brake and properly block the tires.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails using jack stands. Remove the front tires.
3. Remove the bushing and washer from the upper portion of the factory shock. Place the new upper frame bracket over the factory bracket. (See Photo #1). Now reinstall the upper bushing and washer onto the factory shock.
4. Push the bracket up flush against the frame. The outside mounting hole on the top plate will now line up with the factory hole in the upper mount. Drill out the factory hole using a 13/32” drill bit. Install the 3/8 x 1 fine thread bolt with washers and locknut at this location. (See Photo #2).

Installation instructions for the 2003-2007 Express and Savana Vans
Use your 10-mm socket and ratchet to remove two (2) washer nuts from the inside of the small cubby hole under the radio and airbag switch. Set the washers aside. Remove two (2) 10-mm screws from the bezel below the steering column. Set the screws aside. Pull the bezel toward you releasing six (6) clips. On the pas- sengers side, remove two (2) 10-mm screws on the lower bezel below the glove box. Set the screws aside. Pull toward you to release two (2) clips and a pin that is connected to the larger radio bezel.

Read these instructions completely
Step 1:Take the ignition cover off. Are The Replacement Parts Similar? Compare the replacement part to the original. The replacement part should match, including the mounting hole locations. If not: Double check the application listing with your bike.
Step 2: Remove the flywheel using a proper puller. Remove the baseplate with the original stator. Disconnect the wires from the wiring loom.
Step 3: Remove existing stator coil off the baseplate and cut the wires close to the coil. Replace it with the new unit and feed the new leads though the holes in the baseplate.

INSTALLATION:
1. POSITION RACK SQUARELY ON TRUNK LID AS FAR FORWARD AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT ALLOWING ENDS TO RUB ON PASSENGER BACKREST SECTION.
2. LIFT RACK SLIGHTLY AND PLACE THREE 3″ - 4″ PIECES OF MASKING TAPE UNDER EACH OF THE REAR LEGS. (FIG B).
3. USE A MARKING PEN TO OUTLINE EACH OF THE FOUR MOUNTING LEGS ONTO THE TAPE STRIPS.
4. REPOSITION THE RACK OVER THE MARKED CIRCLES TO MAKE CERTAIN THE RACK IS IN THE EXACT LOCATION YOU DESIRE. (IF NECESSARY, REMARK ANY INCORRECT CIRCLE MARKINGS.)

94-97 Honda Accord Sniper Hood

STEP 1: Adjust hood until proper alignment with matching panels is achieved.
STEP 2: Adjust primary latch until it fits into the bar on the hood. Make sure when the hood is closed you can hear the latch “click” onto the hood.
STEP 3: After you here it click, test it to be sure it’s working properly by grabbing the front edge of the hood and slowly pulling upward with a steady even pressure. If the hood opens it’s not adjusted properly; repeat STEP 2 until hood cannot be pulled open after it’s closed.

Muz Honda JDM Badges (S2000) Installation Instructions

1) Use an adhesive solvent to spray the badge you are removing. Make sure you use an adhesive solvent (such as Xenit Adhesive Remover) that won’t damage the paint.
2) Once the solvent has penetrated the backing of the badge use a length of dental floss and gently work it under the edge of one of the top badge corners. Once you have the floss behind the badge you can use it like a saw in a back and forth motion to gradually ‘cut’ through the backing adhesive and separate the badge from the body of the car. You may need to repeat the procedure from various angles to achieve this.

Honda/Acura Traction System Installation Instructions

This system is a bolt-on package that is designed to enhance traction by eliminating wheel hop and promoting weight transfer to the front wheels. Installation of this product requires the permanent removal of the factory plastic splash pan located just behind the radiator support. No other modifications are required for installation.
