Tools Needed: 10, 12, 14 sockets and wrenches. You will also need a Oxygen Sensor removal tool or 22mm wrench or socket to remove the stock Oxygen sensors from the catalytic converter and install them in the new Jackson Racing header. Most of these tools are available at your local hardware or auto parts store.
IF YOU ARE NOT A COMPETENT MECHANIC, DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS INSTALLATION! ALLOW AT LEAST ONE HOUR FOR THE EXHAUST SYSTEM TO COOLBEFORE DOING ANY EXHAUST SYSTEM INSTALLATION WORK.

Our system is constructed of lightweight aluminum and then painted with a zirconia based powder coat for superior heat insulating characteristics. The aluminum will not crack in extended use like plastic and it is actually lighter than plastic. The tube diameter and length are matched for each engine to give power over a broad rpm range. Wheel spacers can provide extra clearance to the outer face of the caliper. This will also space out the entire wheel, widening the track width of the vehicle. Fender clearances should be checked on lowered cars, and longer lug studs or wheel bolts are usually required. Note: The Wheel Industry Council has issued guidelines advising wheel spacers not be used. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure wheel spacers are properly specified and installed.
