INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the plastic lower front skid plate and the plastic upper bumper guard.
2. Remove the two bumper mounting bolts from the horizontal legs of the bumper.
3. Install the U-Clamps at the front of the horizontal bumper mounting legs from the outside, per the illustration.
4. Install the mount per the illustration by reinstalling the original bolts at the back and installing the provided 1/4″ x 1-3/4″ bolts, 1/4″ flat washers and 1/4″ nylock nuts through the mount and U-Clamps.

The BLADE installs easily onto round 1 7/8” to 2” diameter exhaust pipes. Important Notice: In order to install the BLADE, your car must:
• have an exposed, straight tailpipe measuring 1 7/8” - 2.0” in diameter. Example: 2004 Honda Civic
• or, dual exhaust pipes where there are 2 mufflers, each with a single exhaust pipe measuring 1 7/8” - 2.0” in diameter. Example: 2007 Lincoln Town car (in which case 2 BLADES are required).
If your car does not have either of these exhaust configurations, then your exhaust pipe will need modification. This modification is very easy to obtain at any exhaust shop i.e. Meineke, Midas, etc. Simply ask the technician to modify your tailpipe to meet this specification.

1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.
2. Loosen clamp at intake manifold leaving clamp on hose.
3. Slide hose tube assembly back and insert power plate into hose.
4. Reinstall tube hose assembly making sure power plate is engaged in tube while locating and tightening hose clamp.

This set consists of 8 keys; each is designed to decode a particular space within the lock. W hen used properly, you will yield a key in minutes with very little practice. The keys are designed to stop, or catch on tumbler depths of2, 3, 4 and5. It will not stop on a#1 depth tumbler. Make sure you fully understand the procedure before attempting to decode a lock.
NOTE: Practice on a lock in your shop or home before attempting in the field.

Overdrive Manual Control Cable Assembly

The overdrive cable assembly must be cut to a specified length depending on the vehicle application. The chart at the top displays the correct cable casing lengths for specific Ford vehicles. Length of cable casing (From shoulder of threaded fitting to end of casing.) Allow 5″ of wire beyond trimmed casing The cable casing length is determined by the illustration above. It is recommended to allow an additional 5″ of wire to extend beyond the trimmed cable casing while the handle assembly is completely pushed in.

Winch Motor Operation
1. Set the Winch Clutch to “Free”. (Illustration 1)
• Refer to diagram on Winch (Illustrations 2 and 3).
2. Connect Winch Controller. (Illustrations 4 and 5)
• Remove protective cap on top of Winch and connect the Controller. (Illustration 6) Refer to Owners Manual.
• It may be necessary to partially lower the brush guard in order to connect the Winch Controller.
