The main fuse and relay panels on most European cars can be found under the hood. On older vehicles, like this BMW, the panel is protected only by a plastic cover. The panels on more recent models do a better job of protect- ing fuses and relays from the elements. Many older European vehicles are equipped with these bul- let-style fuses.
