For Speedometer Correction In Toyota Land Cruiser, Hilux/4Runner, Land Rover, Range Rover, Jeep, Suzuki and all other Vehicles fitted with HALL EFFECT Electronic Speedometers. The following instructions are intended as a guide. We recommend purchasing a Toyota workshop manual for your vehicle to verify wiring details.
1. Remove the cover from the back of the interface box.
2. Remove the link (marked LK1) on the printed circuit board located next to the power in/out plug. NOTE: The link must be removed during the entire set up stage, this is to protect the output from over load should you accidentally,

Toyota Land Cruiser Wire Harness Installation Instructions

The proper fuses have been pre-installed in the fuse block. In addition, all wires are color-coded. This will help you
identify the different circuits during installation and later on if additions to the overall system are necessary. For fuse
specifications and wire color designations, see Section 11.0.
In addition all of our kits have “accessory” terminals at the front of the fuse block for your convenience. These
terminals may be constantly hot or “switched” hot but all are un-fused. If you plug into one of these terminals you
must provide your own in-line fuse or circuit breaker.

1998-2007 Toyota Land Cruiser Signal Mirror Installation Instructions

1. Start with the driver’s side door and lower the window. (A) 2. Use a small slotted screwdriver to remove the plastic screw cover located on the inside section of the door. (B) 3. Remove the screw behind the screw cover and the screw located directly below the corner speaker. (C) 4. Starting at the top edge, use a small pry bar to lift the window control panel out of the door panel. (A) 5. Disconnect both sets of wires from the window control panel. (B) 6. Remove the screw in the opening from where the window control panel was removed. (C) 7. Starting from the left side, use a small slotted screwdriver to pry open the cover above the door handle. 1988 Toyota Celica Cluth

Clutch is a single, dry disc type using a hydraulically operated master cylinder and clutch housing mounted slave cylinder. On Land Cruiser, slave cylinder is adjustable. On all others, slave cylinder is nonadjustable. Clearance is automatically compensated by internal design of cylinder.

PEDAL HEIGHT & FREE PLAY
Rotate pedal stop bolt at top of pedal assembly to adjust pedal height. To adjust free play, loosen lock nut on master cylinder push rod and turn push rod in or out to specified free play. See CLUTCH PEDAL SPECIFICATIONS TABLE. Tighten lock nut.

LAND CRUISER 2F HEAD REPLACEMENT

The following actions were taken in order of time needed to perform them…
Verified that the plug wire was transferring energy to the #1 plug by removing (from the spark plug, not the distributor) it and holding it close to the engine block. The presence of a spark at regular intervals demonstrated that the wire was acceptable. Also the ignitor and distributor were OK because the other 5 cylinders were firing normally. After changing the #1 spark plug, the symptom remained. This verifies the presence of a spark in the cylinder.
