STEP 1: REMOVE PLYWOOD & INVENTORY CONTENTS
Remove the top cover from the canister box and set it aside for later installation.
Remove the canister from the box. Using the 3/8” wrench or socket remove the 2 bolts holding the plywood on the ends of the canister. Use Side Cut Pliers to cut handle retaining straps. DISCARD PLYWOOD PACKAGING AND BOLTS!
Perform a quick inventory to insure all parts are there. Be sure to check inside the small cardboard box for parts.

1. Remove stock timing cover. Rotate engine to top dead center of cylinder #1 so that the timing marks on the original crank and cam sprockets are directly lined up with each other, i.e. the mark on the crank sprocket will be at 12 o’clock (straight up) and the mark on the cam sprocket will be at 6 o’clock (straight down).
2. Remove sprockets and chain.
3. Install desired offset bushing from enclosed set. Set selection provides 0-Gray, 2-Gold, 4-Copper, 6-Silver, 8-Black, Camshaft Degree Options.

Ford Territory 2004 onwards - Ford FG Falcon 2008 onwards Installation Manual

This manual is used for Integrated DVD Rear Seat Entertainment System in to Ford Territory 2004 onwards, Ford BA Falcon 2003 onwards, Ford FG Falcon 2008 onwards.

Step 1
Disconnect cable from the negative battery terminal.
Step 2
Remove existing front seat headrests from vehicle by disengaging the pole guide lock and lifting the headrest in upwards direction.
NOTE: Identify the type of seat back by inspecting the rear of the seat if it is plastic it is a hard back type, if it is a material type it is a soft back type.

2003-2005 Power Commander Ducati M800 S2R Installation Instructions

1. Remove the seat
2. Lift the front of the fuel tank up.
3. Remove the left hand side cover (Fig. A). The PCIII will be mounted behind this cover later on.
4. Route the ground wire from the PCIII behind the frame rail (Fig. B).

1999 - 2002 Audi S4 ST-22 Rear 328mm Big Brake Upgrade Installation Manual

Some different models or years of vehicle may use different sized fasteners. Every effort has been taken to correctly identify the proper sized tool for each job. Occasionally, the manufacturer may use an alternate fastener. Check that each tool correctly fits the fastener before loosening or tightening it. The following tools and equipment will be needed:
14mm wrench (in some cases, 9/16” may be required)
11mm box wrench (in addition, an 11mm flare wrench is also recommended)
10mm wrench or socket
10mm Allen (hex) wrench
8mm Allen (hex) wrench
Vise-grip or pliers
Needle-nose pliers or small flat-blade screwdriver
Torque wrenches capable of 10-85 lb-ft settings
Small drip tray or several rags

SUZUKI 800 VOLUSIA Adaptor Kit Installation Instructions

Congratulations on your purchase of the SUZUKI 800 VOLUSIA Adaptor Kit. We’re sure you’ll be pleased with the new level of performance you’ll experience. This kit should be installed on bikes with After Market Exhaust Pipes only and jetted, (not included). We recommend that an experienced mechanic perform this conversion. Use the appropriate Suzuki service manual for reference to complete jetting of carbs. Remember, gasoline is extremely flammable and can be explosive under certain conditions. Work in a well- ventilated area and clean up any spills immediately. Check for leaks before riding.

Troubleshooting Opel / Vauxhall Guide

For older vehicles, the diagnostic connector can often be found in the engine compartment. Astra-F 16 pin OBD connector located in the fuse compartment to the right hand side of the steering wheel on RHD vehicles and to the left hand side of the steering wheel on LHD vehicles. Covering panel can be pulled off to reveal the complete fuse compartment and diagnostic connector. Astra-G 16 pin OBD connector located in the central console between the handbrake and the gearstick. There is a plastic cover that needs to be removed to find the connector. This can be done with a medium sized flat-blade screwdriver inserted at the front of the panel (nearest to the gearstick).

Bike Fitting Guide with Music System BMW R 1200 RT pdf

Take off wing mirror covers surrounding glass. Remove the x2 T25 screws holding left hand side dash in position and the two other screws on top of the dash. Remove the x2 T25 screws under the clocks joining fairing and dash together. Remove the x2 T25 screws from the fairing where the the top fairing and bottom fairing are joined. Remove the T25 screws at the bottom of the dash surround. Remove Dash. Remove the x3 T25 screws holding each of the speakers in position. Pull out speakers to expose speaker wires behind.
