INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the plastic lower front skid plate and the plastic upper bumper guard.
2. Remove the two bumper mounting bolts from the horizontal legs of the bumper.
3. Install the U-Clamps at the front of the horizontal bumper mounting legs from the outside, per the illustration.
4. Install the mount per the illustration by reinstalling the original bolts at the back and installing the provided 1/4″ x 1-3/4″ bolts, 1/4″ flat washers and 1/4″ nylock nuts through the mount and U-Clamps.

1. Loosen plastic set screws on each leg (by turning them counterclockwise).
2. Select set of legs appropriate for your car (see back for chart).
3. Slide each leg up into the hollow vertical tubes on either side of the barrier grill.
4. Stand the barrier grill inside your car where you want it to be and lift it to the roof. The legs will slide down from the sleeve of the tubes.

AD38 Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge Skim Pin Code ByPass Operating Manual

The AD38 is a small standalone device that can overwrite the pin code stored within the skim module fitted to Chrysler/Jeep & Dodge vehicles fitted with CAN 2,3,4,5 and 6 systems. This will then allow new keys to be programmed into the vehicle. The skim module is Chrysler terminology for a combined immobiliser and aerial module. Writing a new pin code to the skim module involves removing the Skim module, which is located around the ignition barrel, from the vehicle, which is a fairly simple process.

With the price of parts being what it is, just replacing components to troubleshoot your system is not only foolish it can be down right expensive. It never ceases to amaze me how often operators will miss-diagnose an engine problem and then spend major money to replace perfectly good parts.
