1999+newer Ford F-53 chassis Rear Install Instructions

April 3rd, 2009 · No Comments

1. Place the coach on a level concrete surface. Jack the coach up so that the rear tires are just off the ground. Make sure to put jack stands on each side of the frame for safety.
2. Remove the rear shackle hanger bolt that fastens the leaf spring hanger to the shackle. Keep this bolt and nut as it will be reused. If the coach has storage compartments that are close to shackle assembly, it may be required to use a hole saw and cut a hole in the compartment to get the bolt out. If this is required, just cut a piece of tin and pop rivets to cover the hole. Use some silicone to seal the hole to prevent leaks.

Nemesis Engine Control for Ducati

February 5th, 2009 · No Comments

The Nemesis uses both of the original multi-pin connectors to link with your bike wiring loom, no changes are necessary, but remember it is VITALLY important to re-connect the 6mm ground connector. Nemesis also re-uses the cast aluminium ‘heat sink’ from the IAW 5.9 ECU, this can be removed and re-fitted to Nemesis using a TORX T20 screwdriver without any damage to the original ECU.

Ducati Monster Bobbed License Plate / Signal Relocation Bracket - Redpoint Racing

January 26th, 2009 · No Comments

The relocation bracket is designed to fit all Ducati Monsters within the year ranges of 2000-2004. It may fit other years as well, but I cannot guarantee an exact fit as minor changes have been done throughout the years. The bracket is designed to replace the stock tail light/turn signal/license plate assembly and the rearmost section of the frame on which the stock assembly mounts. It is assumed that the sub frame has already been removed.

Installation of an OilGuard Bypass filter on an A3 TDI

August 17th, 2008 · No Comments

The filter is very compact and uses a one-micron filter element. The quality of the filter is top notch and mounts in the TDI very easily. The nice thing about this installation is it allows you to service the filter without having to get on your back or remove anything! I feel that for the TDI that this is the best bang for the buck. It cost’s a bit more than other bypass filters but provides the same level of filtration and the replacement filters are 1/4 of the cost and includes new o-rings and a filter element.
