Ford Zetec E Engine Supplement

The most common engine fitment is the Ford Zetec E, however, Ford Duratec, Ford Pinto and Ford Cosworth engine fitments are also available from GKD. Customers have also previously made their own engine and gearbox mounts for the Ford V4 and V6 as well as the Mazda and Rover V8 engines. Please consult GKD for advice on suitability. GKD are always ready to advise on engine builds and ancillary equipment.

2004-2007 Ducati ST3/ST4 Heli Bars Installation Instructions

Heli Bars are designed to safely increase your riding comfort, however it is imperative that these instructions be followed to ensure correct installation. Failure to follow these instructions could result in improper installation and create a dangerous control situation. If you have questions about installation call Heli Modified, Inc. at 1-800-859-4642.

NOTE: Heli Bars for the ST3 and ST4 are designed to utilize the factory bars and replace the stock mounting lugs only. Remove the front brake master cylinder from the right handlebar. It is NOT necessary remove any other controls or grips.

VW/AUDI Big Gear Knob

For cars with a THREADED gear knob (early Audi,VW,Seat to approx 2005) follow the instructions from point 2
For cars with a SLOTTED gearknob (approx 2005 on) follow the instructions from point 8
1. If fitting to an Audi TT, first using a T20 screwdriver, undo all 8 of the T20 screws surrounding the gear stick. Other cars with a screw on gearknob, skip to point 2….then lift the ring away to expose the rubber underneath
2. Unscrew the existing gearknob… ….and remove the rubber gaitor and aluminium spacer (if applicable) from the gear stick.

Audi A6 Instrument panel pdf

Removing steering column switch
Driver’s side airbag unit and steering wheel removed.
- Pull out steering column and tilt downward as far as it will go.
- Remove screws -1-(2x). Tightening torque: 2.8 Nm (25.2 in lb)
- Remove grip - 2-.
- Remove two Phillips-head screws -arrows-. Tightening torque: 0.6 Nm (5.4 in lb)
- Remove upper steering column switch trim -1-.
When installing, insert upper section into hooks on lower section, swivel downward and secure with screws
