2005-06 Hummer H3 3.5L Dynomax Kit:19425 Installation Instructions

NOTE: Read all instructions before starting any work.
1. Remove the O.E. front pipe/muffler/tail pipe assembly from the vehicle. Lubricate the rubber isolators with WD-40, or a similar lubricant, to aid in removing the rod hangers. The O.E. system will not come off in one piece. Cut the system between the rear axle and the muffler. Both pieces will then come off easily.
2. Install DynoMax front intermediate pipe 54374. Insert the rod hanger into the rubber isolator on the RH frame. Finger tighten the nuts on the inlet flange connection to the converter pipe.

Take care when removing all mechanical fasteners - including nuts, bolts, washers, clips or pins - that secure or support your motorcycle’s stock exhaust system. Replace all damaged, twisted, cross-threaded, corroded or broken fasteners, clips or supports prior to installing this Hard-Krome exhaust system on your motorcycle.

1997 Honda Civic CX Magnaflow Exhaust System Installation

Yes, it is somewhat simple and assumes that you’re fairly handy with exhaust systems. However, some of us don’t swap exhaust systems every other Saturday, so I’ll try to provide enough details so that most of you can do this (with the right tools, of course). Okay, the first thing you should do is spray each flange bolt with WD-40, Liquid Wrench, or equivalent stuff. Here’s what the OEM piping/flange connections look like after spraying.

2001-2004 Chev/GMC Duramax Diesel “Cool Duals” Installation Instructions

Removal of stock system:
First using 15mm socket or wrench, remove four (4) nuts at flange located approximately under the passenger side seat. Remove rear exhaust from rubber hangers and remove the system from under the truck.
NOTE: If you have purchased the optional front pipe, Remove the stock front pipe on the truck by removing the exhaust hanger on the transmission using a 13mm socket, then remove the band clamp at the front of the pipe, then remove stock front pipe from the truck. ( Note: the band clamp will be re-used during the installation of your new MBRP system)
