Adjusting the Control Unit
• Use a small flat-tip screwdriver to change the mode switch and the horn/siren switch and to adjust sensitivity
Mode Switch:
• Set the mode switch according to the customer’s choice.
• Refer to the Owner’s Manual for the explanation of each mode.
Horn/Siren Switch:
• Set the switch to “HORN” in normal use. If an optional siren is installed, set the switch to “SIREN.”

1. If equipped, make sure that you have the anti-theft code for the radio, then write down the frequencies for the preset buttons on the radio.
2. Slide the driver’s seat completely to the rear.
3. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
4. Open the glove box. Squeeze the retaining tabs, and remove the stop. Pull the glove box down.
5. Remove the driver’s dashboard lower cover (two self-tapping screws, four retaining clips and one connector).
6. Remove the lower console cover.

2009 Pilot Honda Music Link Installation Instructions

INSTALLATION
1. Make sure you have the anti-theft code for the audio system and the navigation system (if equipped).
2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Removing the vehicle parts
3. Shift the select knob to “D” position by pressing down on the shift lock stopper with the ignition key. Remove the left side center panel (eight clips and unplug the vehicle connectors).
4. Remove the right side center panel (ten clips and unplug the vehicle connector).

Before Starting Installation
1. Carefully read all warnings and instructions completely before beginning.
2. Verify all parts have been received in this kit by checking the parts list at the end of this document.
3. Only install this kit on the vehicle for which it is specified.

a. 17/64” & 5/16” drill bits
b. Tool to trim sheet metal

Install Steering Stabilizer
1. Position kit bracket (frame) onto front crossmember as shown below. Ensure vertical portion of kit bracket (frame) is centered on front crossmember. Measure 3” from rear edge of front crossmember to forward most hole in kit bracket (frame). Mark three holes in front crossmember corresponding to three holes in kit bracket (frame).
2. Drill three 7/16” holes in front crossmember at marked locations.
3. From 3222BAG: Install kit bracket (frame) onto front crossmember with three kit bolts (7/16”-14 x 1-1/4), three kit washers (3/8” USS) and three nuts (7/16”-14). TORQUE to specification.

1966-87 Chevrolet & GMC Header Code Number: 003 Installation Instructions

Fits all models with standard and automatic transmissions, power brakes, power steering, air conditioning and transmission safety locks.
1. Prepare the truck for installation.
a. Disconnect the negative cable on the battery.
b. Remove the spark plugs and spark plug shields.
c. Remove the smog manifolds if equipped with a smog air pump.
d. If the generator or alternator is mounted on the left side exhaust manifold, remove the cap screws and move the unit out of the way. It is not necessary to disconnect the wires. If the alternator is mounted to the front of the engine on the right side, it does not have to be removed.

Chevy/GMC 2WD, 4WD Body Lift Installation Instructions

This body lift kit should only be installed on vehicles in good working condition. Before installation, the vehicle should be thoroughly inspected for evidence of corrosion or deformation of the sheet metal around the factory body mounts. This body lift kit should not be installed on any vehicle that is suspected to have been in a collision or misused. Off-road use of your vehicle with this body lift installed may increase the stress applied to the factory body mounts. We do not recommend that any vehicle with a body lift installed be involved in any extreme off-road maneuvers such as jumping. Failure to observe this warning may result in serious personal injury and/or severe damage to your vehicle.

1 Read instructions completely and carefully before you begin. Checkthekitfor proper contents (refer to parts list and picture diagrams).
2. Park the vehicle on a clean, dry flat (level) surface. Block the tires so the vehicle cannot roll in either direction. Automatic transmissions should be placed in neutral.
3. Remove both battery cables. Be sure to disconnect the negative cable first, then the positive cable.
