2002 Chevy Trailblazer / GMC Envoy Air Intake Installation Instructions

These instructions will take you through the installation of your new air intake system for your vehicle. We always recommend that you keep your stock air intake system in storage in case you might need it later.
Kit includes: air filter, air intake tube, bracket, (2) 3” hose clamps, red connecting hose and rubber grommet.
Tools required: Phillips head screwdriver and 5/16” nut driver.

2004-08 Ford F-150 5.4L JLT RAI Intake Kit Installation Instructions

A computer tune specific for this intake is required when installing this kit. Failure to add a tune specific for the JLT intake may result in major engine damage. ***DO NOT INSTALL KIT AND DRIVE WITHOUT A TUNE! ***

1999-2004 Ford Lightning JLT BIG Air Intake Kit Installation Instructions

We hope you are satisfied with the look and performance. You may use any polish or wax on the pipe as it’s painted with the same high quality paint as your car. It is also recommended to use some tire shine on the rubber elbow. Take your time and it will be a smooth install. Please review complete instructions prior to installing.

Step#
1 Verify you have all of the following parts included in the kit: (1) JLT Painted Pipe with IAC, PVC, and Vacuum line fittings, (1) 45 degree Rubber Elbow w/ clamps to connect throttle body to JLT Pipe, (1) Silicone Reducer w/ clamps to connect JLT pipe to MAF, (1) JLT heat shield, (1) Billet MAF Adaptor with bolts, (1) 4×12” S&B Air Filter, (1) 5/8” Hose, (1) 3/4” Hose, (1) Vacuum Line, (1) Silicone Spacer (for use on early Lightnings with 80mm MAF only)

2005–up Mustang “ENGINE START” Push-Button INSTRUCTION SHEET

The following information describes the installation procedure for the M-11572-GT “ENGINE START” push-button into a 2005-‘08 Mustang.
STEP 1: Start by removing the (2) screws found at the rear of the center console underneath the armrest. (Figure 1)
STEP 2: Remove the trim plate which surrounds the Shifter Handle (Auto) or Shifter Boot (Manual). (Figure 2)
Note: Manual transmission applications will require removing the shifter knob first. This can be removed by simply unscrewing it in a counter-clockwise direction.

2003 - 2006 Chevrolet Silverado1500 & GMC Sierra 1500 Trucks Supercharger Installation

1. Exercise extreme caution and common sense when working around gasoline. Extinguish all open flame or other sources of ignition and be sure to perform the following steps in an area with adequate ventilation. Personal protection in the form of eye protection and fuel resistant gloves are strongly recommended.
2. On the right (passenger) side of the intake manifold, locate the fuel pressure test port. CAUTION! The fuel in the system is under pressure! Relieve the pressure in the fuel system by depressing the check valve with a screwdriver and collecting the fuel with a shop towel.
