2002-03 Hummer Multiple Shock Instructions

1. Park the vehicle on flat level ground. Set the emergency brake and properly block the tires.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails using jack stands. Remove the front tires.
3. Remove the bushing and washer from the upper portion of the factory shock. Place the new upper frame bracket over the factory bracket. (See Photo #1). Now reinstall the upper bushing and washer onto the factory shock.
4. Push the bracket up flush against the frame. The outside mounting hole on the top plate will now line up with the factory hole in the upper mount. Drill out the factory hole using a 13/32” drill bit. Install the 3/8 x 1 fine thread bolt with washers and locknut at this location. (See Photo #2).

Honda Ridgeline Lift Kit Instructions

Trucks with lift kits or leveling kits installed have a higher center of gravity. Aggressive direction changes may cause a tip over. Always drive carefully and obey the speed limit.
1. FRONT SUSPENSION—remove axle nut to prevent the CV joint form coming apart.
2. Remove three nuts from under plastic plugs under hood. These attach the upper strut to the truck
3. Place rags or some other cushioning over the axle, to prevent the sharp bottom of the strut from cutting the CV boot.
4. Remove the sway bar link from the truck. This will be replaced with the sway bar link included in the kit.
5. Remove the lower bolt of the strut and remove the strut assembly. Be careful not to cut the CV boot

2009 Honda Pilot FWD/4WD ReadyLift Part# 69-8010 Installation Instructions

Position truck on a flat surface and lift vehicle by the frame so that the front wheels are off the ground. Use a minimum 3 ton jack stands and place under frame for safety or a (2) two post lift if available. Make sure that the emergency brake is on and the rear wheels are blocked to prevent a rollout.

A Spec Rear Strut Bar Installation Guide for FIT GD

- Open trunk hatch, and pull off cover for the strut tower bolts.
- Remove the 14mm OEM nuts (requires 14mm end wrench and 5mm Allen key)
- Once removed, thread on provided nut (16mm).
- Tighten down bolt to 20lbs with 16mm End-wretch.
- Add the bracket to both sides as shown.

JET Air/Fuel Meter Installation & User Guide

1. Mounting the Air / Fuel Meter
Using the supplied Velcro, Suction Cups or L-Brackets, locate the Air /Fuel Meter in a convenient location that does not obstruct your view.
TIP: Clean the mounting area with alcohol or another nonabrasive cleaner to ensure the Velcro or Suction Cups adhere properly.
2. Disconnect the Negative Battery Cable
Locate the battery and remove the negative battery cable.

Stator Kit for Triumph 3TA, 5TA, BSA A6 Instructions

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Remove the original stator & rotor.
Step 2 Fit the new rotor on to the crank shaft locating on to the key (not all models are supplied with a keyway machined into the rotor). Fit the retaining nut but don’t fully tighten if there is no keyway.
Step 3 Position the new stator over the rotor locating on the engine studs using the spacers provided and the original nuts, don’t fully tighten so that the stator can be adjusted if necessary.
Step 4 This will give a maximum total advance of about 350, this is only a guide. Engine tune will affect the actual timing for optimum performance.

Honda CRF PowerFlow kit with Inner Sealing Ring Installation Instructions

Following is the step for installation the PowerFlow Kit for Honda CRF:
Step 1 – Remove OEM inner sealing ring, connection tube, and outside air boot sealing ring. Refer to owners manual.
Step 2 - Before installing Twin Air Inner Sealing Ring, apply a bead of silicone sealant into the machined groove on the Twin Air Inner Sealing Ring.

1988-2000 Honda Civic & Acura 1.6 EL TWM Performance Short Throw Shifter Installation Manual

1. Unscrew the stock shift knob by rotating it counter clockwise.
2. Remove all screws securing center console and remove console.
3. Remove the rubber dust boot surrounding the shifter, use caution not to damage it. Put it in a safe place for re-installation later.
4. Place the car up on a lift, or use a jack and jack stands to raise it off the ground. Loosen the nut on the base of the shifter using a 12mm socket and ratchet. You may need to hold the head of the bolt on the opposite side of the shift rod with a wrench to loosen the nut.

Specialty Tigertop Installation Instructions

Install Front and Rear Aluminum Angles
Using the bolts from the factory hard top or those supplied in the kit, install the aluminum angle rails in the existing holes on the top of the body edge. Fasten the bolts with the 5/16″ Nuts and 5/16″ Washers from the parts kit. There should be a 3″ space between the two pieces on each side for the Bow Mounting Bracket. There will be an extra hole at either end of the rails. Drill a 3/16″ hole in the body at these locations and use the #14 x 1/2″ Sheet Metal Screws to secure the rails in place.
