1990-1993 Honda Accord Hi-Flow Fuel Rail Installation Instructions

Relieving fuel pressure
a) Remove the fuel fill cap.
b) On models equipped with a 6mm service bolt. (illustrated below) If your vehicle is not equipped with a 6mm service bolt, then proceed to step c.
i) Use a box end wrench on the 6mm service bolt on top of the fuel filter or fuel rail, while holding the special banjo bolt with another wrench.
ii) Place a rag or shop towel over the 6mm service bolt.
iii) Slowly loosen the 6mm service bolt one complete turn.
iv) Leave service bolt loose until all pressure has been relieved.
v) Tighten service bolt to 10 lbf-ft.

2002 Honda VTX 1800 R & S 3″ BIG Straights Installation Instructions

Take care when removing all mechanical fasteners - including nuts, bolts, washers, clips or pins - that secure or support your motorcycle’s stock exhaust system. Replace all damaged, twisted, cross-threaded, corroded or broken fasteners, clips or supports prior to installing this Hard-Krome exhaust system on your motorcycle.

2007-2008 Chevy 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 Silverado/Sierra VPI Cold Air Performance Intake System Installation

Installation Instructions:
1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Then loosen all three factory hose clamps located at the Mass Air Flow (MAF) meter and both factory intake tube.
2. Remove black cover on throttle body by pulling up and sliding towards front of truck. It is held by two grommets. Gently pry the radiator hose bracket from the factory intake tube assembly and remove the tube from the vehicle. A flat head screwdriver may be used.
3. Remove the factory air filter base and lid as an assembly. There are no bolts, just friction mounts, so just pull straight up on the air filter base to remove. Then remove the plate that held the base and lid. There are (5) 10mm bolts to unscrew to remove the plate. After everything is removed it should look like the picture above.

1994-97 Ford Powerstroke Racor Unit Installation

Locate fuel supply line coming from tank on the drivers’ side frame rail. There are 2 steel lines, the top line (smaller of the 2 lines) is for fuel return to the tank, the bottom line is the fuel supply line (see Figure 1) and is the larger of the 2 lines.
STEP 1:
Cut and remove a section of the fuel supply line; approximately 6 inches will be enough. Use a flaring tool on both ends; this will help keep the fuel hose on the line.
