- Open trunk hatch, and pull off cover for the strut tower bolts.
- Remove the 14mm OEM nuts (requires 14mm end wrench and 5mm Allen key)
- Once removed, thread on provided nut (16mm).
- Tighten down bolt to 20lbs with 16mm End-wretch.
- Add the bracket to both sides as shown.

1. The filter is located behind the glove compartment. Unscrew the 2 screws at the bottom of the glove box cover to loosen the it. Remove glove box and set it aside.
2. Cut the plastic cover along the dotted lines shown and remove it. Dispose off plastic cover, it is no longer needed. This exposes the metal cross bar under it. Locate and remove 2 additional bolts securing bar. Remove and set it aside.

97 to present Ford F150 Front Airspring System Installation

1. Raise vehicle to a comfortable working height and support by the frame.
2. Remove coilsprings. Refer to factory shop manual for proper procedure.
3. Fit the lower airspring plate into the lower control arm. This plate will be positioned by the oem swaybar hole. The remaining attachment holes will need to be drilled into the control arm using the plate as a template.

The gear indicator comes configured for use with the OEM Suzuki gear position sensor, and is fitted with standard connectors to plug directly into the Suzuki wiring harness. The unit also features the so-called ‘TRE’ modification, which is designed to defeat the gear dependent mapping strategy of the Suzuki ECU. Please refer to the bottom of this document for a description of the TRE function.
