H2 Hummer Low Profile Light Bar Instructions

INSTALLATION:
1. Disconnect negative battery terminal. Remove phillips head screw from driver side marker light lens and remove lens assembly. Pull up the wire boot.
2. Remove driver side assist handle by pulling out locking tabs with a small flat blade screwdriver until they “click”. Next, remove the A-Pillar trim and place on dash.
3. Remove the fuse cover panel on the left side of dash. There are two clips at the top and one at the bottom.
4. Using a 13mm socket, remove 4 bolts, one plastic stud, and remove the driver’s side hood stop bracket for access to the main wire harness boot.

2003-2007 Honda Element Bracketron Phone Mount Installation Instructions

Begin by removing the small trim bezel that surrounds the radio. This bezel has four clips that hold it in place in each corner. Carefully use the dash trim panel tool and insert it in behind the bezel in the lower right corner. Note: Be careful not to mar the soft plastic that the bezel is made of when using the dash trim panel tool. Pull back toward you to release the lower right clip. Perform this same action in the other remaining three corners of the bezel. When the bezel is loose set it aside.

Windscreen Installation

The satisfactory performance and durability of the windscreen is wholly dependant on the integrity of the mechanism and the quality of the installation. We can not be responsible for problems resulting from faulty installation. Follow the instructions carefully and work slowly and cautiously. Do not exert excessive force on any part of the mechanism or the screen — they are plastic and may break Your windscreen shipped with a protective paper/film covering on both sides. To protect it from scratches, leave the covering on until you are ready to mount the screen on the mechanism.

2004­-2008 Honda CBR1000RR Galfer Brake lines Installation Instructions

Install Galfer Brake lines after HeliBars® are installed. Carefully follow their instructions.
A. Before the factory bars are removed:
1. Carefully loosen the clutch hydraulic line banjo bolt at the clutch master cylinder just enough to rotate the steel banjo fitting forward. (See photo A for positioning). Additional fine adjustments may be required after installation of HeliBars. This modification is necessary for the new bar location / hydraulic line clearance.

Honda GL1000 Condenser Ground Upgrade Mounting Instructions

All left / right descriptions are from the point of view of the rider when seated on the bike in the riding position.
Note: the condenser upgrade cable supplied will have a black cover to make it inconspicuous enough for a concours show bike. The example shown has a red cover to highlight the correct location and routing.
1. Place the bike on the center stand.
2. Remove the left side cover.
3. Loosen the rear engine mounting bolt. This is a long bolt that passes through both rear engine hangers. If mounted correctly, the nut, washer and lock washer should be on the right side of the bike. Yours may be reversed.

Bed Extender Bracket Installation Instructions

BRACKET MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Remove contents from box and check for damage. Verify all parts against parts list. Read and understand instructions completely before installation.
Step 2. Position and hold template on passenger side for quick latch bracket as shown (See Figure 1). (FOR TOYOTA, NISSAN, CHEVY S-10, GMC up to 94, and MAZDA up to 94 a separate bracket kit must be ordered). Using a center punch, punch each hole. NOTE: If the truck has a bed liner, center punch the bed liner. DO NOT CUT THE BED LINER! Repeat for driver side.

Bed X-Tender Assemblies Installation Instructions

STEP 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 2. Position and hold template on passenger side for square bracket as shown (See Figure 1). (FOR TOYOTA, NISSAN, CHEVY S-10, GMC up to ‘94, and MAZDA up to ‘94 Use template for “L” bracket as shown in Figure 4). Using a center punch, punch each hole. NOTE: If the truck has a bed liner, center punch the bed liner. DO NOT CUT THE BED LINER! Repeat for driver side.
STEP 3. Verify hole locations before drilling (See Figure 2). Drill mounting holes for square brackets using 9/64” drill bit (See Figure 2). For “L” bracket mounting, drill mounting holes using 7/32” drill bit (See Figure 4). Repeat for driver side.

1999-2004 Ford Lightning JLT BIG Air Intake Kit Installation Instructions

We hope you are satisfied with the look and performance. You may use any polish or wax on the pipe as it’s painted with the same high quality paint as your car. It is also recommended to use some tire shine on the rubber elbow. Take your time and it will be a smooth install. Please review complete instructions prior to installing.

Step#
1 Verify you have all of the following parts included in the kit: (1) JLT Painted Pipe with IAC, PVC, and Vacuum line fittings, (1) 45 degree Rubber Elbow w/ clamps to connect throttle body to JLT Pipe, (1) Silicone Reducer w/ clamps to connect JLT pipe to MAF, (1) JLT heat shield, (1) Billet MAF Adaptor with bolts, (1) 4×12” S&B Air Filter, (1) 5/8” Hose, (1) 3/4” Hose, (1) Vacuum Line, (1) Silicone Spacer (for use on early Lightnings with 80mm MAF only)

Ford 4.0 L Ranger & Explorer Power-Plus Series Throttle Body Installation Instructions

Step 1
Set parking brake on vehicle and disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Step 2
Remove flexible inlet hose from throttle body and air box by loosening two hose clamps. Disconnect the tube to the valve cover and the inlet air temperature sensor if applicable.
Step 3
Remove plastic cover on the left side of the throttle body. Unhook the throttle cable from the throttle body link-age, disconnect the throttle position sensor and vacuum hose from throttle body.
