Hummer H2 Rear Mud Guards Installation Instructions

It may be necessary to remove the wheels depending on the tools being used for installation.
1. Clean and degrease the mud guard location area on the fender before installation.
2. Remove factory fasteners from locations A and B (Figure 1).
3. Place mud guard against fender and install #10 screws and washers at locations A and B, through mud guard, through existing fender holes and into u-clips. NOTE: The u-clips are to be used as a nut and not to be clipped over fender. Check fit and level before tightening.
4. Using mud guard as a template, drill an 1/8” hole at location C and install a #10 screw.

Windscreen Installation

The satisfactory performance and durability of the windscreen is wholly dependant on the integrity of the mechanism and the quality of the installation. We can not be responsible for problems resulting from faulty installation. Follow the instructions carefully and work slowly and cautiously. Do not exert excessive force on any part of the mechanism or the screen — they are plastic and may break Your windscreen shipped with a protective paper/film covering on both sides. To protect it from scratches, leave the covering on until you are ready to mount the screen on the mechanism.

Honda Reflex Windscreen Installation/Removal

Tools/Supplies: Phillips screwdriver, windscreen, maybe glue
Step 1­ Remove the 2 screws just below the “HONDA” decal on the front cowl (just below the windscreen).
Step 2 ­ Remove the 2 screws on the pillars that connect the sides of the windscreen to the scooter (1 screw on each pillar, screw heads face driver)

Honda 750 Ace & Spirit Thunder Air Filter Kit Installation Instructions

Congratulations on your purchase of the Honda 750 Ace & Spirit Thunder Air Filter Kit. We’re sure you’ll be pleased with the new level of performance you’ll experience. This kit should be installed on bikes with After Market Exhaust Pipes only and jetted, (jet kit not included). We recommend that an experienced mechanic perform this conversion. Use the appropriate Honda service manual for reference to complete jetting of carbs. Remember, gasoline is extremely flammable and can be explosive under certain conditions. Work in a well-ventilated area and clean up any spills immediately. Check for leaks before riding.

1997-2000 F250 Light Duty Pickup Bracketron Phone Mount Installation Instructions

When installing in a vehicle with an Auto Climate Control you will not be drilling or using the included screws. See step (3). When re-installing the auto climate control unit in the cavity you will need to apply some downward pressure on the unit so the centering pins and four factory screw holes will line up. Install the four (4) screws that secure the auto climate control then tighten. The mount will be nice and tight.

Mazda RX-7 Turbo Timer Installation

This document details the installation of my GReddy Turbo Timer, and also gives a brief set of instructions that explains how the device is used (since the instructions are in Japanese.)

Tools Necessary:
• Phillips Screwdriver
• 10 mm socket wrench
• Coat Hanger - Only if installing Parking Brake security
• Electrical Tape
• Nylon cable-ties
• GReddy Turbo Timer (Surprise!)
• Bracket and wire-splicers provided with Turbo Timer
• Turbo Timer Wiring Harness (specific to RX-7) - Optional

VW Golf / Jetta OBD1 Chip Install Instructions pdf

Please read the installation procedure listed below as it will save you time (and possibly parts) in the long run. After installation…enjoy! Caution! Be aware that E-PROM’s are static-sensitive devices, and so are the chips in your control unit. Avoid replacing chips in high static areas, and avoid touching the pins of any integrated circuit / E-PROM.

1. Open hood and remove the rubber seal laying on the top edge of the firewall. Remove the plastic raintray and locate the control unit. It is located on the driver’s side on Golf and Jetta 2 models, the passenger side on Passat and A3 models.
