2003-2006 Honda / Acura CD Changer Interface Model HONASX V.2 Installation

Adapter Installation Location:
The HONASX connects to the 14-pin connector on the back of the factory head unit.
Compatible Radios:
The HONASX is compatible with ‘03-’06 Honda CD changer control head units with 14 pin connector. Note: As vehicle manufacturers continually introduce updated radio models there may be instances where the interface is not compatible. Please contact Technical support if you experience any problems. Have all radio model numbers, vehicle information and symptoms ready when you call.

Teradyne Pocket Tester Installation & Set–up Guide

The Pocket Tester is a lightweight rugged diagnostic tool for use in the automotive service bay. The tool will enable technicians to carry out DTC reading and clearing and other data monitoring and control functions using the serial communications interface. The tester is designed as an intelligent vehicle diagnostic system and allows communication to specific OEM vehicle Electronic Control Units (ECUs), dependent upon availability of applicable software and to OBDII compatible vehicles.

2009 Pilot Fog Lights Installation Instructions

The information in this installation instruction is intended for use only by skilled technicians who have the proper tools, equipment, and training to correctly and safely add equipment to your vehicle. These procedures should not be attempted by “do-it-yourselfers.”

1. Make sure you have the anti-theft code for the radio, then write down the radio station presets.
2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2001-2007 Chevy/GMC Duramax Diesel Installation Instructions

Pump mounting
We have found the best location if using a tank in the bed is in this location. Drill 4 holes
Remove Intake
On LMM LBZ
Loosen all bolts and nuts labeled with red arrows
On LLY
Loosen 6, 12mm bolts/nuts on the intake manifold. Remove the intake manifold. (Note: it will not be easy to get at all the bolts and remove the manifold, but it can be done just moving the cables out of the way) Be careful not to lose the 2 EGR gaskets and 1 intake manifold gasket.

Guardian II Commercial Lift Interlock GRD602-C Installation Instructions

GUARDIAN MODULE - Remove the lower dash panel below the steering column. The Guardian Module should be positioned in a secure area below the steering column. It can be secured using self tapping screws, adhesive foam tape, or wire ties. Do not secure the module until all harnesses are installed and proper lift operation has been verified.

Back Up Light System Wiring Instructions

The wiring of the Back Up Light system is very simple and straightforward. Each unit has 3 wires that must be wired to your vehicle to make the unit operate. The red wire needs to be connected to a 12 volt source. The yellow wire needs to be connected to the back up light wire of the vehicle. The black wire needs to connected to ground.

1994–1996 Ford Econoline Intelligent Lift Interlock System (ILIS) - Installation Instructions

To aid in installation, first gain access to the connection points. Remove the lower dash panel below the steering column and the engine cover. Also, gain access to the lift power switch and the lift door switch circuits. These are usually accessible in the front control panel. It is not necessary to cut any Ford wires during the installation of the ILIS wire harness.

2004 Ford Econoline – 6.0L Diesel Engine Intelligent Lift Interlock System (ILIS501-DC) - Installation Instructions

2005-2009 Ford Econoline w/Tow/Haul Mode BrakeMax BMC501-A Installation Instructions

HARNESS
1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Locate the OEM BLACK, 3-pin connector located below the steering column. (See Photo). Separate the connector and connect the BMC501 BLACK, 3-pin connector in-series with the OEM connector halves. Ensure that the connectors are fully seated.
3. Attach the BLACK wire to a known good ground point.
4. Position/secure the BMC501 Control Module under the dash near the steering column area.
5. Plug the BMC501 Harness Connector into the BMC501 Control Module.
