2004-05 Honda Civic L4-1.6L Typhoon Cold Air Intake System Installation Instructions

TO START:
1. Turn the ignition OFF and disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the air temperature sensor electrical connection as shown.
3. Unclip the battery cable from the air inlet duct as shown.
4. Loosen and remove the two bolts that secure the air inlet duct as shown.
5. Remove the air inlet duct.
6. Loosen and remove the four bolts that secure the air intake resonator.

1994-97 Chevrolet/GMC S-10/Sonoma I4 - 2.2L Installation Instructions

NOTE: This kit was not designed to fit vehicles with a body lift.
1. Turn the ignition OFF and disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the vehicle’s air temperature sensor.
3. Loosen the hose clamp at the air intake plenum.
4. Remove the air box from the vehicle by sliding upwards.
5. Remove the air temperature sensor from the stock air intake tube.

2003-07 Ford Power-Stroke V8 6.0L

The 4” straight hose is pressed over the turbo inlet until its butted up against the inlet. Use two power bands to fasten the hose to the turbo inlet, tighten the clamp on the turbo inlet side for now. The 19mm hose is pressed over the 90 degree hard pipe (A) The 19mm hose is now installed (B).

• EGR SYSTEM: This manifold will accept stock EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) equipment. EGR systems are used on some 1972 and later model vehicles and only in some states. Check local laws for requirements. This manifold is street legal in California on pollution-controlled motor vehicles.

1996-2002 Audi B5 2.7 Liter V6 5V BiTurbo Engine Mechanical

Engine, removing and installing
Note:
All cable ties opened or cut during engine removal must be reinstalled at the same locations.
Remove engine without transmission toward the front.
Drained coolant must be stored in a clean container for disposal or reuse.
Always replace seals and gaskets.
Do not open coolant circulation system.

Mitsubishi V6 Plenum Removal Guide for 8G Galant’s & 3G Eclipse’s

Tools required:
• ratchet with 10mm, 12mm, & 14mm sockets
• spark plug socket (17mm??)
• 3″ & 9″ extensions for ratchet
• pliers ‐ one regular and one needle nose
• jewelers flathead screwdriver
• can of compressed air or air hose (optional)
• can of carburetor cleaner
• clean rags and newspaper
• one quart size plastic bottle like motor oil or a sturdy piece of wood or simular about that height used to prop up the air intake plenum
• security code (if you have stock radio)
• one tiewrap if you have to cut the one under air intake hose (optional)
