These components are designed to improve the exhaust efficiency of the GM C.P.I. (Central Port Injection) V8 engine. This system does not require welding for installation and retains all O.E.M. emissions equipment. These Edelbrock headers are street legal in all 50 states.
Suggested Tools Needed for Installation. This vehicle has metric fasteners:
- 3/8″ ratchet socket set with extensions and universal 13mm and 15mm swivel sockets
- Set of combination wrenches
- Jackstands, screwdrivers, pliers, crescent wrench, etc.
- Liquid penetrant, (GM #1052627) anti-seize compound (GM #5613695) or available equivalent.

STEP 1: Adjust hood until proper alignment with matching panels is achieved.
STEP 2: Adjust primary latch until it fits into the bar on the hood. Make sure when the hood is closed you can hear the latch “click” onto the hood.
STEP 3: After you here it click, test it to be sure it’s working properly by grabbing the front edge of the hood and slowly pulling upward with a steady even pressure. If the hood opens it’s not adjusted properly; repeat STEP 2 until hood cannot be pulled open after it’s closed.

03-Up Honda Pilot Step Bar Assemblies Installation Instructions

1. Remove contents and check for damage. Verify all parts are present. Read instructions completely before installation.
2. Locate driver side mounting locations on vehicle (See Figure 1and 2). Repeat for passenger side.
3. Attach driver side front and rear mounting brackets to underside of rocker panel as shown using M8 hex bolts, 5/16” flat washer and 5/16” lock washer. Hand tighten only (See Figure 1 and 2). Repeat for passenger side.

99-02 Full Size Chevy / 99-04 GMC Hoods Installation

STEP 1: Adjust hood until proper alignment with matching panels is achieved. There are two rubber bumpers located in the inner fender jam, they will need to be removed.
STEP 2: Adjust primary latch until it fits into the latch bar on the hood without hitting any perimeter edges of the opening. Make sure when the hood is closed you can hear the latch “click” onto the hood.
STEP 3: After you here it click, test it to be sure it’s working properly by grabbing the front edge of the hood and slowly pulling upward with a steady even pressure. If the hood opens it’s not adjusted properly; repeat STEP 2 until hood cannot be pulled open after it’s closed.

1937-1948 Ford Disc Conversion 4 3/4” GM Bolt Circle Installation Instructions

INSTALLATION:
1. Remove early Ford drums, brakes and backing plates from spindles. Make sure you retain the bearing nut and keyed washer.
2. Thoroughly clean grease and dirt from spindle. Check for cracks and damage.
3. Using the hardware supplied in the kit install the caliper mounting bracket on the REAR surface of the spindle using the lockwashers between the spindle and mounting bracket. DO NOT omit lockwashers as they are essential to the proper alignment of the bracket. If round spindles are being used check for adequate clearance between the spindle and bracket. FILE BRACKET if necessary. The bracket may be installed so caliper is forward or rearward of spindle centerline. REARWARD INSTALLATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
