Your new Daystar body lift kit will allow the installation of 35” tires. Larger tires can be fitted if paired with our 2” torsion bar key kit, and some trimming . The tools needed for installation are on the last page . A list of parts in the kit are under the BOM, verify that you have all parts prior to installing your new Body Lift Kit . Make sure you have all of the proper tools and understand these directions before proceeding. Place Vehicle on level ground. Be sure that the wheels are blocked and the vehicle is in park.

STEP 1: Adjust hood until proper alignment with matching panels is achieved.
STEP 2: Adjust primary latch until it fits into the bar on the hood. Make sure when the hood is closed you can hear the latch “click” onto the hood.
STEP 3: After you here it click, test it to be sure it’s working properly by grabbing the front edge of the hood and slowly pulling upward with a steady even pressure. If the hood opens it’s not adjusted properly; repeat STEP 2 until hood cannot be pulled open after it’s closed.

2006 Honda Ridgeline PART#57600 57601 Bull Bar Installation Instructions

PROCEDURE:
1. Remove push type retainers from lower splash shield. Remove plastic splash shield to access to mounting location.
2. Locate and remove bolts that hold the frame brace and bumper brackets to vehicle.
3. Install frame bracket between lower radiator support and frame brace using (3) existing bolts. As shown.
4. Cut plastic splash shield to allow brackets to pass through. See Cutting Instruction sheet for guidelines on cutting. Reinstall plastic splash shield over brackets in this same order removed.

2003 Honda Element Engine Block Heater Installation Instructions

1. Allow the engine and all cooling system components to cool down.
2. Place a clean drain pan under the radiator drain plug, then remove the drain plug from the bottom of the radiator to drain the coolant. Remove the radiator cap to increase the flow.
NOTICE Radiator coolant will damage paint. Quickly rinse any spilled coolant from painted surfaces.
3. Open the hood and remove the radiator cover (five clips).
4. Remove the radiator mount bracket (two bolts).

Honda/Acura Traction System Installation Instructions

Installation Environment
1) The distance between the unit and outside wall or other goods should be kept over 200mm.The unit should be put in well-ventilated area and its temperature is within -10℃~+40 .℃
2) Check air supply pipeline of the unit and use air source with 3~10 bar to supply for the unit. When connecting the air source, please check if there is leakage in connector for air source and ensure that a certain distance between the air hose and heat source should be kept.
3) To ensure safety. Before connecting the air source, please confirm that the air pressure adjusting valve is closed. Never point the air outlet to personnel.

Honda TRX450R Installation Procedure

REAR SETUP (45” hose)
STEP 1: Lift the vehicle off the ground with a jack or on a stand. Remove the stock shock absorber from the vehicle. Install the Elka shock absorbers on the vehicle. The banjo bolt must face towards the front of the vehicle with the hose coming out on the left side. The rebound adjuster located at the bottom of the shock should face the rear of the quad for convenient access. The bottom fork of the shock can be turned 180° clockwise if needed.

• Always place the head of the zip ties behind the grille for a cleaner more custom look. A galvanized /stainless picture hanging wire (not included) can be substituted for the cable ties.
• Occasional use of an aluminum polish will give your raw grille a brilliant shine
