Although the ESCORT and SIERRA are comparatively hard-wearing vehicles we strongly recommend replacing the following components for the sake of your own safety:

Figure’s 2006-Present Acura TSX Custom Grille set

Scion xB Figure Grille Installation
1) Upper Center Grille
1.1) Remove OEM Grille. Begin by opening the hood. Remove the radiator cover that fits above the OEM grille. The radiator cover is held in place by a series of pop-top fasteners. Remove these by following the procedure shown in Figure 1. Finally, there are additional pop-top fasteners and two 10mm bolts that hold the OEM grille in place. Remove these and then remove the grille.
1.2) Prepare bumper for installation. Once the OEM grille is removed, drill two 1/8” holes in the locations shown in Figure 2. These holes will be used to secure the Figure Grille. If you ever need to re-install your OEM grille, these holes will be completely hidden and will not interfere in anyway.

Active Autowerke E46 M3 Supercharger Instructions

Disassemble
1. Remove Front Under Panel by removing the seven 8mm hex screws
2. Remove Front bumper. On 11/01 and up models remove the four 8mm hex screws from under the car and one 8mm hex screw in the left and right fender well. Once screws are removed, (six in total) Grab bumper from each side and with a strong quick pull, the bumper should pop off. Disconnect the Fog lights and electrical connector. On 2001 models up to 10/01 there are two large reverse torx bolts that need to be removed from the bottom as well as the 6 8mm screws and then bumper will slide off. It is not necessary to pop it off

Suzuki VZR1800 Additional service manual information - Clutch cable play adjustment procedure modification

This bulletin is to inform you of a modification to the clutch cable play adjustment procedure. Due to the high engine torque and heavy vehicle weight of the VZR1800, correct clutch cable play adjustment is important to prevent clutch slippage, particularly under heavy load. Inspect and adjust the clutch cable play during pre-delivery inspection and periodic maintenance using the following procedure. Insert a copy of each of the attached pages in your dealership’s VZR1800 Service Manual at the appropriate page.

2006-2008 Chevrolet Z06 Corvette High Flow Air Intake System

This air intake kit requires re-calibration of the factory engine management software. If you do not have a way to re-calibrate the engine control module (ECM), do not install this system until you are able to do so.
• Disconnect battery ground.
• Remove gray retaining clip on the bottom side of the MAF sensor, then disconnect MAF sensor connector.
• Disconnect breather tube from bellows.

2005-2007 Chevrolet Corvette Lingenfelter High Flow Air Intake System Installation Instructions

The following steps need to be performed from underneath the vehicle:
• Remove the three 7 mm screws holding the front fascia inside the radiator opening.
• Next, remove the 7 mm screws on either side (one on each side). These are the screws holding the bottom of the bumper cover - see picture.

C6 Corvette SCIC airbox Magnuson Supercharged Applications installation instructions

Disconnect electrical connector for under hood light & unclip electrical connector for under hood light from the radiator shroud. Disconnect the electrical connector from outside air temp sensor located low on the right side of the shroud. Remove the 2 “christmas tree” push fasteners holding the radiator shroud to the condenser. They are located approximately midway up along each side. Raise front of vehicle, follow manufacturer instructions. Use jack stands to support vehicle.

1988-1998 Chevrolet/GMC 3″ Body Lift Kit Installation Instructions

This guide INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS step:
1. Remove positive and negative battery cables. If equipped, the Supplemental Restraint System will be deactivated when the battery is disconnected.
FRONT BUMPER REMOvAl
2. Note location of front bumper in relation to the front of the vehicle for use in alignment during reinstallation.
3. Remove lower shroud located between the radiator and the front bumper. This provides access to the inside bumper bolts.

VW 1998 Jetta GLX or VR6 GTI PCV valve Modification

Materials:
(1) Plastic Epoxy (fast setting type) I used Loctite Plastic Epoxy (sets in 7 minutes)
(2) 1 foot of ¾ inch (ID) radiator/heater hose. You only need about 3” but this is the minimum you could buy at the Autozone.
(3) Heater connectors (see below) I got mine from the Autozone, but you could use a similar item I guess. These fit perfectly in the existing hole on the valve which is handy… just as an fyi. (Help part number: 47065)
(4) Minimum Two hose clamps sized for the heater hose. You can get more if you want to clamp everything down, like I did.
(5) Some carburator cleaner.

Ford Focus Midget Engine Owners Manual pdf

The Focus Midget engine is equipped with an opposite rotation water pump impeller, and the water pump pulley turns in the opposite direction when compared to the street version of the engine. This does not reverse the coolant flow through the engine, it simply allows the pulley to be driven with the HTD belt instead of using the back-side of a serpentine belt. No modifications to the water pump impeller or water pump pulley are allowed.
