1. Allow the engine and all cooling system components to cool down.
2. Place a clean drain pan under the radiator drain plug, then remove the drain plug from the bottom of the radiator to drain the coolant. Remove the radiator cap to increase the flow.
NOTICE Radiator coolant will damage paint. Quickly rinse any spilled coolant from painted surfaces.
3. Open the hood and remove the radiator cover (five clips).
4. Remove the radiator mount bracket (two bolts).

Always work in a clean environment and use the appropriate safety equipment and tools to avoid any potential damage or injuries. CT Engineering recommends the use of a Genuine Honda Service Manual to supplement these instructions. All CT Engineering products are intended to be installed by a professional installer. Many stock parts are reused during installation. Do not damage or discard any pieces during disassembly or installation. We recommend marking any hose or wire before disconnecting to avoid confusion during reassembly.

Chevy/GMC 2WD, 4WD Body Lift Installation Instructions

This body lift kit should only be installed on vehicles in good working condition. Before installation, the vehicle should be thoroughly inspected for evidence of corrosion or deformation of the sheet metal around the factory body mounts. This body lift kit should not be installed on any vehicle that is suspected to have been in a collision or misused. Off-road use of your vehicle with this body lift installed may increase the stress applied to the factory body mounts. We do not recommend that any vehicle with a body lift installed be involved in any extreme off-road maneuvers such as jumping. Failure to observe this warning may result in serious personal injury and/or severe damage to your vehicle.

1. Exercise extreme caution and common sense when working around gasoline. Extinguish all open flame or other sources of ignition and be sure to perform the following steps in an area with adequate ventilation. Personal protection in the form of eye protection and fuel resistant gloves are strongly recommended.
2. On the right (passenger) side of the intake manifold, locate the fuel pressure test port. CAUTION! The fuel in the system is under pressure! Relieve the pressure in the fuel system by depressing the check valve with a screwdriver and collecting the fuel with a shop towel.
