2003+ Honda Rincon ATV Plow Mounting Kit Installation Instructions

Installation
1. Slide two 5/16” dia x 1-1/8” wide U-bolts (C1) over the rear frame cross tubes as shown in figure 1.
2. Place the plow mount (A1) under the vehicle, and slide the legs of the U-bolts through the four rear holes in the plow mount. Terminate the U-bolt legs with 5/16” dia flat washers (C3) and 5/16” dia nylock nuts (C4) as shown in figure 2.
NOTE: Do not tighten the bolt and nut completely. You will do this later in the installation.
3. Slide two 5/16” dia x 1-3/8” wide U-bolts (C2) over the large side frame tubes under the vehicle and through the plow mount (A1)

Fat Bar Instuctions

Congratulations on purchasing the best “working” 4-bar kit on market. The FATBAR has many features that allow it to out-perform the competition. You will notice them as we go along.
1. Every step of this installation is based on the rear axle centerline (C.I.). So locating the C.I. is very important. Set the chassis level and project the C.I. from the axle housing onto the frame with a level, or plumb-bob. If the bed is handy, set it on the frame and roll a tire under to check the C.I. – Sometimes we want to move the C.I. from its stock location to center the wheel in the fender. Double check your chosen C.I. by measuring to several points on the chassis cab mounts, bed mounts and front C.I. to make sure it’s even on both sides (square).

Ford Rear Crossmember Instructions

A good deal of common sense must be exercised in the assembly of this unit, high quality welds are essential, we recommend Heli-ARC (TIG) Welding. If you are in doubt about your welding ability, we strongly suggest that you tack weld components in place and take them to a competent or certified welder for final welding.
