In addition to these instruction , professional knowledge of disassemble/reassembly procedures as well as post instructions checks must be known. Attempts to install this system without this knowledge and expertise may jeopardize the integrity and/or operating of the vehicle.
Please read all the instructions before beginning the installation. Check the kit hardware against the parts list. Be sure you have all the needed parts and understand where they go. If anything is missing, do not proceed with the installation, call Daystar Products to obtain needed items.

VS123.V2 Tool Set comprises the timing pins and specialised tensioner adjustment tools required for timing belt replacement on all the variants of the Rover 2.0 diesel engine fitted in MG-Rover, Land Rover and Honda models.
FLYWHEEL LOCKING PIN - VS170/1
VS170/1 Locking Pin is used to lock the crankshaft in its timed position. The pin is inserted through a hole in the gearbox mounting back plate and engages a corresponding hole in the flywheel.

Honda Fuel Body Instructions

Fitting Instructions
1. A direct replacement for Honda models with 7 bolt head visible pattern on the original item. 1. The fuel kit is supplied pre assembled and only requires simple fixing to the bike.
2. Remove the original assembly complete from the petrol tank.
3. Locate the Tank to Body sealing O-Ring (#7). Position the seal in the recess on the underside of the main body (#2). The petroleum jelly is there to temporary hold the seal in place whilst fitting.

Compression Mount T-Rac Instructions

Installation Notes:
• The T-Rac mounts onto the side rails of your truck without drilling.
• Installation is straight forward, and should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
1. Verify that you have received the correct parts using the assembly drawing and packing list
2. Slide 6 T-bolts into slot under crossbar (3 per side) note: the flat recess must face down
3. Attach each crossbar onto a left and right corner unit by inserting the 2 T-bolts through the saddle plate holes, and attaching locknuts. Next fasten the corner brace to the crossbar with the remaining T-bolts, washers, leaving the 3/8” self-locking nuts loose for adjustments later. Attach the bottom of the corner brace (Dimple Side) using the 3/8-16 x 1-1/4” Hex head cap screw with the Washers (Figure 2) to the corner unit.

Ducati Hypermotard Installation Guide

1) It is essential to use Blue Loc-tite on all nuts and bolts. Remove any other steering stabilizers.
2) It’s a good idea to cover the tank with an old sweatshirt, towel or protective device so you don’t scratch it.
3) Parts in photos are aluminum in color to help show contrast for mounting purposes. Production parts are anodized black.
4) Remove the (4) Allen bolts that hold your handlebars tight. Carefully lay your bars forward of the mounts, wrapping the bars and levers in a towel or suitable protection, as you will have to turn the front end for the next operation.

VW/AUDI Big Gear Knob

For cars with a THREADED gear knob (early Audi,VW,Seat to approx 2005) follow the instructions from point 2
For cars with a SLOTTED gearknob (approx 2005 on) follow the instructions from point 8
1. If fitting to an Audi TT, first using a T20 screwdriver, undo all 8 of the T20 screws surrounding the gear stick. Other cars with a screw on gearknob, skip to point 2….then lift the ring away to expose the rubber underneath
2. Unscrew the existing gearknob… ….and remove the rubber gaitor and aluminium spacer (if applicable) from the gear stick.

Precautions
1. C-120 cassettes (playing time one hour per side) contain extremely thin tape which breaks or snarls easily, is sometimes subiect to stretching and also is ot low sensitivity. Therefore, C-.120 cassettes are not recommended for high-tidelity recording.
2. Do not pull out the tape lrom the cassette housing.
3. 8e caretul not to turn the cassette reels with the fingers, causing tape slackening.
4. Store cassette tapes away from heat, high humidity, dust, and magnetic lields such as caused by speakers, TV sets etc.

In the direct injection engine, diesel fuel is injected directly into the main combustion chamber. This results in more efficient combustion and lower consumption. The intake port, pistons and injectors have been designed specifically to optimise the combustion process with respect to noise emission and running characteristics.
