Installation Instructions. Read Me!
I) DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.
II) Remove the Factory Air Box
a) Loosen Mass Air Meter hose clamps and set meter aside.
b) Unbolt the three air box hold down fasteners and save the bolts. See Fig#1
c) Lift out & remove the factory air box assembly from vehicle.
d) Remove and save the three rubber grommets, inserts and bolts. See Fig#2

Getting started
a) Make sure vehicle is parked on a level surface, and set parking brake.
b) Disconnect negative battery terminal.
c) If engine has run within the past two hours let it cool down.
Removing the stock air inlet system
a) Remove the stock air box assembly and attaching hardware from inside the fender well.
b) Disconnect breather hose from the air inlet tube.
c) Disconnect air temperature sensor harness from the air inlet tube.

99-02 Ford Expedition/Navigator 4.6L- 5.4L 2/4WD Cat-Back Dual Sport Truck Exhaust Instruction Manual

Lay out the exhaust on the floor so it looks like the drawing and compare parts with manual. To remove the stock exhaust, un-clamp it just in front of the muffler. You may need to heat it up for easier removal. Leave all rubber grommets in place. Use WD-40 to aid in removal of exhaust and the hangers. Now cut off your stock tailpipe just behind the muffler

2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L Airaid Intake System Installation

1. Disconnect both negative battery cables. Unlatch all four factory clips on the factory airbox.
2. Remove factory air filter by separating the inlet and outlet sections of the assembly.
3. The filter is held in place by two rubber grommets on the bottom.(Note: make sure factory grommets remain in lower air box support.)
